I am a UK customer and was really unsure of what to expect regarding product, delivery and information.
I needn't have worried, the product was exactly as advertised and expected including an extra product sleeve I wasn't expecting.
All through the whole transaction and delivery process I was kept informed of the status via email.
My purchase arrived in very quick time and was well packaged.
All in all an excellent customer experience

Scammers-Disgusting appalling retailer and customer service. They say 3-5 days shipping try almost 2 and a half weeks. They say mystery box only to send UNSEALED LOOSE ITEMS, NO SEALED BOX, NOT a mystery box as they advise. Sent me pictures of my order, looks so filthy and unsafe where they are packing items. Not in a warehouse at all. Tried telling me all my items are sent, well when asked for the final picture of my order no response. I have lost money. Everyone knows a mystery box comes sealed so you can unbox it yourself or resell. Told me they will take a 10% fee if I want a refund, this is theft because they falsely advertised and I still have 2 missing items. The pictures mean NOTHING, my items could have been taken out before box was sealed. All those other loose Funko Pos are meant to be part of a SEALED MYSTERY BOX. I will contact multiple government agencies to report this Company. Don’t buy mystery boxes from them.Will be reporting them.

They treat your purchases as gold, the way collectibles should be packed and delivered. And customer service is top notch! No issued with change of mind, refunds, whatsoever. They would occasionally pop in a freebie with your orders too! Very happy

I was genuinely surprised! Not only was the purchasing quick and simple, my statue arrived WAY quicker than I thought it would! And that's saying something, I live over on the East coast of the US. They kept me updated on my order's location, and when it arrived, was SUPER happy to see it had been well packaged and preserved for the trip!

Great costumer service, I ordered online so smoothly, fast delivery & pristine packaging.

My only small complain is I wish the item I bought is factory sealed with plastic the whole box & not just a scotch tape in the opening. Anyway I got what I want, I got 3 SR cards & 1 Parallel Rare one star card in Union Arena Hunter X Hunter and I’m happy with it.

It’s not I’m not trusted them but theres a potential it can be opened & switched the packs to get the valuable Parallel Rare ones.

Have been getting figures at Ozziecollectables since 2016 and cannot point one single flaw in their service. All my orders have arrived immaculate, specially the Funko pops with the included protectors. Could not recommend this store enough.

Ordering three Yellowstone funko pops from uk, I was apprehensive they would arrive damaged after such a distance (uk), but all three pops arrived in protectors and superbly packed and put in a very sturdy box which meant everything arrived in excellent order! Super pleased after having bad experiences with other pop companies long distance, so 10/10 for Ozzie collectables! Will deffo order again!
