I was a dissatisfied customer

I was a dissatisfied customer and wanted a return/refund action from the company. I might not be able to return the product, though it is of no use to me, but they are going to give me a refund.

I was inundated with advertising

I was inundated with advertising, sent to my email address, for a cooler from Ozzihome at $99 per unit. I bought 1 (one) unit as a gift for a friend. They charged me for 6 (six). When I contacted them to make them aware of the error I was told since I had also purchased expedited shipping (which I had not) the units were already on their way. There was nothing I could do about it. I complained bitterly by reply mail and after many, many auto generated responses from Ozzi, someone finally did reply offering me a $20 "good will" refund. I was so insulted I ignored it. I have since received delivery of coolers, I donated them to charity and unsubscribed.
That all ended about 1 month ago and I moved on. To my shock and surprise I have just now received exactly the same emails from Ozzi for....wait for it...hearing aids. Having been caught once it's not happening again.
BEWARE OF THIS DODGY SELLER.

TERRIBLE COMPANY- SCAMMERS

I had the worst experience with this company.
I ordered 1 unit & they sent & charged me for 3.
They didn’t seem interested in refunding me.
They were quite rude about the whole situation.
They also charged me for express postage.
I will never be buying from this company again.
And I recommend that you steer clear of this company. They operate out of Columbia & their stock comes from China.
I’m very upset & unhappy at how I’ve been treated. Never Again.
