SADLY I WOULD ADVISE NO ONE EVER TO USE THIS COMPANY
I have never written a negative review of anyone before but we have had such a bad experience with this company that I would want no one to go through what we went through. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but they do not pick up their phones or respond to messages. First of all you are not hiring from P1, which they never told me. You are hiring from companies they find. They were not truthful about the cars we were getting - I hired 4 cars and 3 were unsuitable and they knew it. The companies who delivered the cars told me that P1 had said I had agreed to replacement cars - which I had not! Most of what Tom at P1 told me was untruthful. I have also now been presented with a bill from one of the hire companies for almost 1500 Euros for things that Tom had told me would be included in the hire.
