Tickets came in late
The amount of information I received was great, also the quality of the customer support. I was just a bit worried as I did not receive my tickets even 24h before the event. So I used the online customer support which was very helpful and suddenly the tickets arrived - coincidance or not, I do not know.

No support when match was rescheduled—lost $1,600
Booked Napoli vs Milan tickets through P1 Travel while traveling internationally. The match was later rescheduled outside our travel dates, making attendance impossible.
We were offered the option to transfer tickets two weeks before the event, but this was not practical in reality. We had no one locally who could use them, and resale platforms would not accept them due to nominative ticketing and passport requirements. Despite this, we were still left with no workable way to recover value.
We contacted P1 Travel but were ultimately told there was no further solution. We lost approximately $1,600.
We also met another fan abroad who told us we paid more than his season ticket cost, which added to the frustration around pricing and value.
Unflexible system and poor customer support when plans change—high risk if your travel dates are fixed.

Unfortunately, fixture changes are determined solely by the league and the clubs, and we have no influence over these decisions.
When matches are rescheduled, the original tickets remain valid for the new date, and per the event organizer’s policy, refunds or cancellations are not permitted.
We do our best to offer alternatives such as transferring the tickets, but we understand this is not always feasible.
Your comments about pricing are also noted; as an official reseller, our prices include more than the face value, covering guaranteed availability, secure distribution, and customer service for high-demand events.
We truly regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations. While we must operate within the policies set by event organizers, your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’ll continue to explore clearer communication and practical solutions for cases like this.
Overall
Overall, it was still a good experience since we managed to get our tickets just one day before the game. However, we were a bit disappointed with the seating. It was our first time at Camp Nou, and we expected seats more in the middle, but instead we were placed in the second to last row at the top.
Additionally, my partner didn’t feel comfortable due to his fear of heights, which affected our overall experience.But it was good and honest.!! I was scared because of our Tickets:( i thought it was fake but NO it was real!!:) Thank you P1 Travel. Dream came true!!

Trustful. Fast. A lot of information before the event. Tickets came via email right on time. No problems at the entrance/ gates to the stadium.
It was our second time with P1 Travel.
We got a free upgrade (better seats) and a fast track entrance ticket.
Would recommend it to everyone!

The price printed on the ticket represents the face value, not the final selling price. As an official reseller, we secure tickets at higher costs to guarantee availability, early access, and ensure our customers have guaranteed entry to high-demand events.
Our pricing also includes service and handling fees, which cover customer support and secure delivery. For this reason, the amount you paid differs from the nominal value shown on the ticket. This is not fraud, but part of providing a reliable and premium service.

You may not be able to sit in the seats you paid for
Booking process was easy and I did receive the tickets when I was promised. Everything after that was a bit of a nightmare. Someone was sitting in or seats when we got there and refused to leave. When we asked the attendants to help us they also refused them. A nice woman who worked in a different area helped find us other seats. Beware when you buy tickets you may not actually be able to sit in the seats you purchased. It ended up being an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
