Great Price! P2B wasn't the first company we contacted to evaluate our cooperation for the further listing of our token. This company suited our budget perfectly. Please do not use this exchange! I sent DASH from them to my MEXC wallet 2.5 days ago which was supposed to take seconds. Now, over 50 hours later the transaction is still pending. Eric, who seems to be the only support agent... stopped replying after his initial message "I want to inform you that this transaction is processed via a cold wallet to provide withdrawal security. It takes additional time, up to 36 hours. We are sorry for the long waiting. It is required for funds security." turned out to be bs.
I then opened another support ticket which was, for P2B conveniently merged with my original one, but no reply.
I see their regular reply to bad reviews is that they can't "find any registered user who matched this information" so P2b, here's my registered email (cryptogalaxy74 at gmail dot com)
Sort out your mess, P2B, as you can see here on Trustpilot, your services are terrible. And while you are at it, refund me or better even, please allow for my transfer so I can close my account with you.
UPDATE: 75 hours later my transfer went through. Looking at the TxID, P2B never sent my transfer to the DASH network until 74 hours after I initiated the transfer and moreover, they took way more network fee of my transfer than the actual DASH network (0.002 at P2B vs 0.00000225 DASH)!

P2B is a complete SCAM
P2B or whatever they call themselves is a pure SCAM.
I invested in one of their IEO (ATRNO) since November 2023, it's over 6 months and they have neither listed the token nor refund the IEO participants.
The worst part is that there's no announcement from them. To crown it all, they will ban you from their telegram group if you talk about it.
They don't respond to emails either. They are broad daylight SCAMMERS!

Bad way this CEX P2B
I strongly believe that appropriating or freezing users' assets is theft, a patent of brand, and apparently this exchange practices this method. Since my last deposit (about few thousand in crypto) it has been an odyssey for me to withdraw or move my assets. After contacting them about my situation, they explained to me that I must specify my last operations, deposits made, perform KYC, letter from the bank no more than 3 months old, legal threats of confidentiality lol, in short they tell me that the SYSTEM has tagged me and that they Can't do anything and I have to show them my soul, to see if I'm laundering money or I'm a terrorist lol, stealing is stealing yesterday, now and always, even if there are laws that allow it like those of this exchange.
I am left with my bitter pill and the bad experience I had in this den of appropriates. LOL, I hope one day to see the SEC apply laws to these thieves.

I was blocked due to a "risk appetite change" and can't trade anymore.
I have valid kyc and have been using the site for months. I live in the USA.
I guess they can shut down your access on a whim and not even tell you why.
They've also dropped me into a copy/paste loop where they flat refuse to communicate and simply drop the "no reason" notice as a response to everything.
Use any other service.
Edit - And no, there is no law or jurisdiction problem. If there was the exchange would define it.
They just decided not to serve me anymore.

When I tried to withdraw my money they put a freeze on it and wouldn't let me have it because I used two different ways to deposit they told me I needed to deposit $499 more in order to unlock the freeze instantly I deposited $500 yesterday now I have $3,000 I'm trying to withdraw and its still pending
