1/7/2023 i trade my 157,984 BWRC tokens with XRP in p2pb2p.com, when i trade it i didn't received my XRP there is high rate is 0.000068 i trade this price in trade market, when i trade i didn't received anything and i lose my tokens. then i contact support team he saying you lose your tokens. WTH? i lose it how then he didn't reply anymore and close the chat, this is clearly scam my money i don't trust anymore this site !

Seamless customer care service
I recently requested for deactivation of 2fa on my P2B account due to Google authentication and the phone with which I did the authentication no longer works. The process was fast and seamless, with the request being processed in two to three minutes. I initially uploaded the wrong ID for the KYC, but they reminded me and corrected the error.

FUND DEPOSITED WAS LATER SUCCESSFUL
I made a deposit into my account but was not delivered despite successful in the originating wallet. I saw that the fund went out again on the blockchain to another wallet. I thought a scammer or hacker has stolen my money. I contacted support in anger and they responded immediately and rectified the issue. Few minutes after, my fund was deposited after their assurance that it will be deposited after full confirmation.

The team take 3 days to understands my problem and finally has been fixed. They are working weekend as well thanks for that.
The web does not refresh quaickly also looks like work with old version very slow I guess they need to work on it.

I got scammed by P2PB2B. I had send the amount of 9.981.800.677.160.320 littlerabbit tokens(LTRBT) to p2p exchange but the deposited amount was not reflected in account so i contacted them
They stated that i had not send the right tokens to the deposit wallet adress but this is a lie according to txid the tokens in deposited walletadress from exchange received the funds in properway this the txid 0xaf8f403aafbe5fcf784619b22465eef2d9bb72e16f71c2d7268b9a9b19986cff
my wallet where the funds where transfered from is

(BSCwalletadress).they asked me for my walletadres which i gave but they have send nothing to me so far.This exchange site is an ordinary crook site.
i also try to log in my account but its blocked.I get sad you work so hard and save all the money you can to invest in crypto just to have a better quality of life one day and than it gets stolen in a sleezy kind of way from me.
The tokens i send had a value of aprox 90 million US dollars .If p2p have any kind of decency and class they give me a full refund to my walletadress with proof txid to my bsc walletadress.

Slow withdrawal
Talking about your timely response, I can confirm and be proud to say that your just the best but my major bone of contention is slow withdrawal process which upon your response takes upto 36 hours, this whole thing can be attributed to good and tactical football team playing well but can't score, crypto is suppose to be swift and anything otherwise is not worth it, I admire you exchange though but on the ground of withdrawal I give you a no hence I will advice you put more improvement into it

It's not just another exchange, but also a great crypto community.
I put 4 starts instead of 5, because some of my transactions were processed slowly. However. the support team replied fast and was really helpful, so that issue was not a big deal.
