Wont return my Litecoins
I transfered my litecoin from my binance exchange to my p2pb2b exchange btc wallet accidentally. P2PB2B refuse to help keeping my LTC locked in thier exchange.
P2PB2B can use their private key to retrieve the LTC but refuse. It's a lot of money for me that I cannot afford to lose. Customer support is absolute joke.

Everything was fine at first but my coins are now stuck under maintenance for a week during which time they have peaked at where I might have sold and dropped back down. Email response was that they are undertaking maintenance and cannot tell me when it will be finished.
Further to above they have been extremely helpful so while this is an issue and there are certainly some technical challenges this is a useful trading platform that does try to help where they can. Revised to 4*..

UPDATE:
I was not happy last year because the exchange wouldn't release my coins for months. They did in the end, and I could sell them.

Guys, relax, no need to write to support each time you have delays on an exchange in 5 minutes. They have too much to deal with. Yeah, P2PB2B has a lot of problems, but other exchanges also fail from time to time.

I am unable to withdrawl funds because I am not getting the email verification to complete the last step of the process. How do I fix this problem and receive that email verification?
I have emailed the support 3 times in the last week and have not gotten a response.

Their KYC procedure is slow, without autodetect features with a poor integration of a mobile phone. I have stopped using the platform, there were possibly some updates.

Avoid this at all cost - you will never be able to take your funds out due to notifier exception!

I disposed my cryptocoins to this exchange. Immediately after the transaction was succesfull the wallet went to maintenance. This exchange is definitely a scam.
Update: status isn't under maintenance anymore. But my safestar still doesn't show up.
Update: It looks like P2pb2b is making empty promises and don't deliver.

16.04.21 I bought Stellar (XLR), but since more then a week the Stellar wallet is under maintenance and I don't have access to my funds. I couldn't sell my coins at ATH and I can't transfer to another exchange. Support dont know how long it will take to fixe the issue. They don't want to take the responsibility and compensate my loss in profit. It is not the first coin I saw under maintenance and unavailable for trade. I warn everybody out there , don't trade on P2PB2B!!!!! You have a high risk that your wallets are unavilable and that you don't have access to your crypto!!!!!! Update 19.04.21: I lost already 30% because I can't sell my coins..... Update 21.04.21 Since 2 weeks I have no access to my Wallet. Support only provides excuses but can't fix the issue. You can see in the reply of P2PB2B that they don't feel responsible for that I lose money. But it's the fault of P2PB2B because, it's an issue on there exchange. Multiple Coins are unavailable on the exchange and they can't fix it.

Every cryptocurrency exchange has mostly common issues regarding withdrawals, deposits, security and so on. P2PB2B exchange is not an exception. But I can't understand why people are treating it like it's ONE of its kind (if you know what I mean). The P2PB2B platform is not as bad as many say. I think it's a matter of the
exchange technical capacity. For example, some bugs or errors may emerge due to high exchange traffic. And I think it's the main problem.

This exchange is stealing people's money. I wanted to withdraw my money to my cold wallet and sent a request. The money is still not in my account, although 4 days have passed. They open tickets but are not interested. Stay away. This exchange is fake and fraudulent.

I tried to transfer BNB tokens to another exchange to buy crypto that p2pb2b did not have. At first I couldnt withdraw but that was fixed. I then transfered BNB to another exchange and it never got there. The other exchange said they needed a TXID #. The withdrawl is shown but there isnt a TXID. Instead it says -Notifier exception. I have been contacting p2pb2b customer service for 2 days and have not received any help. Can anyone help me?

Please do not do business with these scammers. They will steal you're crypto. I transferred eth to their exchange to buy xdce and I tried to transfer the xdce out into my wallet. They shut my account down without warning. Haven't been able to log back in. No follow up at all. Pure scammers. Be aware.

Very simple; they stole $679.00 and tryed to delete records on it from their centralized database.
I deposited 700,000,000 FREE tokens to them; However they delisted 'FREE' token; I got NO email of this! tryed checking my inbox - no email.
Anywho; they actually try to cover their theft by clearing the history of my deposit ever happening as they now have delisted the token(nice try); I know where I deposit my tokens; luckely I have blockchain that can prove the transaction.
Your Move P2PB2B? are you a scam or just an error on your end?
UPDATE (26-02-2021): Yes, they are very sketchy; I plan to upload the proof here once I get enough evidence to do a fraud report against their UK Office and possible a AML violations against improper record keeping(possibly because they are withholding/hiding records)
-Their response to me about wanting to 'investigate this case' is not the answer you get from their support; so far I have been directed to their legal department which should already send red flags and clarify how they resolve their issues.
(They also closes issues to delay giving answers to 'difficult' questions - how can these exchanges exist with all regulation in place)

I find P2PB2B quite a comfortable and friendly cryptocurrency exchange. Although it's currently impossible to trade margins, futures, the exchange can offer a lot of coins to trade and buy. So, if you need an exchange with a wide range of coins and buy them with fiat, P2PB2B is an option for that.
