Not technically a scam website, but very unethical business practices. Once you start paying, it auto-bills you forever, even after your subscription "expires". And there's no way to cancel your membership on the website, you need to email them. And their website itself is so bad that you won't use it for more than a couple months, probably. They billed me €1900 more than I signed up for, and refused to refund any of it. Terrible people with no conscience or customer service.

Right after I joined up to the parship.fr site for the first time they block me from my account giving no reason.
I only looked at the site my first time visiting less than 1 hour. The nest day later I was unable to log back in to my new account again. They only say I been block & unable to join!.

--Parship replied with a dumb reason saying U.S. I.P.S.Locations cannot join there site!
