Neil has been the solicitor acting for me in a personal injury claim.
I cannot fault him or the company. I found them on a no win - no fee search 2 years ago. My claim has been settled now and the company take 25%. So they should! They work very very hard for what seems to me, a less than substantial reward. Neil has always emailed updates or phoned me. He explains everything in detail. I cannot fault him.
I am now in the process of selling my house so I have asked them to act for me once a buyer emerges!

I Was rear ended whilst stationary waiting for light to go green
Was hit hard by the other vehicle
Had to go to physio had to drop off my car and then pick it back up after it was repaired
Then went for a medical check
Then was offered a some of 520 pounds
Then they were wanting 36 percent of
The 520 pounds
I have not fully recovered
I am not impressed at all
Works out that if I did accept it I would get 2 pounds per day
For the 5 months that they said it would take me to recover
I would look at the rules and regulations
And the the no win no fee!
Is the same as if you win you lose 36 percent of any compensation
There has to be better ways to get compensation for a non fault incident
They all gain money from the victim
And then they offer you peanuts and still expect the 36 percent off the total amount awarded

Rob was my contact at Pabla. He is absolutely an awesome fellow. He was very responsive and provided guidance along the way. We completed the purchase at record time.

Absolutely shocking service from start to (almost) finish.
Lack of response to emails without constant reminders on my part, unprofessional tone of emails, confirmation of my settlement received and still waiting on payment.
I actually thought I had been scammed at one point due to their terrible service, poor grammar, and general unprofessional conduct. What should have been a straight forward RTA/PI claim where responsibility was admitted by the other party has become more of a pain in the neck than the original injury.

This company is run like a pound shop.They do not have any clue regarding personal injury claims and also will certainly not do the best or win your case for you.Some staff are extremely rude and threatening (Andrew Urqhart) which will cost you money, time and a loss of your case.Use this firm at your own risk.

An absolute shocking company, been waiting well over a year for a car crash claim. Where the other side have admitted liability. They ignore your messages on their app. Completely and utterly leave you in the dark. As of now I have no idea what is going on. At first they can’t reply quick enough. Then suddenly you aren’t that important to them. I have a feeling they have been paid my claim but just ignore you and are sitting on the money along with a lot of other peoples money also to claim the slightest bit of interest they can off it. Avoid this scam company. I will be taking this further as they are con artists.

Been an absolute nightmare trying to communicate with these guys.
I've had my whiplash claim been going on over a year now and never hear anything from them always having to chase them and wait days or even weeks to get a reply!!!!
Say one thing an never do it!!
Stay away from these cowboys

Don't now where to start
Bad in communication and handling cases and if your injury compensation is not big your case get handed over to a Trainee and get put in a shelf until you call and make an inquiry and the app is useless if you trying to communicate with them.
Will never use them.

Extremely poor unprofessional service received by this company and solicitor, German. Following a thorough consultation and formal instructions he has appeared to do absolutely nothing to support the claim, has failed to communicate any updates in over 2 years and I have had to assume the claim has been closed. From my experience this company should be avoided.

My experience with Pabla & Pabla was phenomenol! My case handler was Christian Potter. His attention to detail and assertiveness pushed my case to its maximum potential. Reallly pleased with my end case result what was a road traffic accident.

We really wanted to write a positive review but when we approached this firm,with a very strong and exceptionally well-supported PI claim,they were rude,abrupt and made it clear they had assumptions about us and the case which were wildly inaccurate.
Condescending and rude.We went to another firm and ended up with a very substantial settlement and a public apology.
Honestly they just couldn’t be arsed.

Wow what can I say about pabla & pabla..Heena Aslam was my solicitor, and helped me with my claim through no fault of my own through an accident at work. Heena done everything in her power to sort my claim. Herna kept me informed every step of the way from start to finish and got other right professionals in too . From my personal experience of using pabla & pabla I wouldn't ever go anywhere else but these. I will use these again in future if i need them, and I will ask for heena again to represent me or a claim. Thankyou once again heena you are a credit to pabla &pabla solicitors...

Thanks to Oliver who dealt with my sons NO fault accident claim which involved a third party foreign driver thus making his claim an awkward one to say the least .
We were dealt with professionally and genuine concern from start to finish , kept updated regularly until a final settlement was reached . Thank You ?

I have been meaning to write this review for months but have only just been able to d so. I was unfortunately involved in an RTA in late 2015. I was referred to Pabla & Pabla and instructed them to represent me and my case. At the outset the case appeared straight forward, but as things progressed the entire matter became very complicated and difficult. Each element of the case was disputed. After over a year of preparation we did eventually end up in court and we won! We were only able to win due to the hard work of my Solicitor, Miss Kirsty Buckley. Through out the whole process she kept me informed and worked tirelessly collating our case and gathering our evidences. She truly went over and above to ensure that we were able to present the best case possible in court. This was an extremely stressful time, yet Miss Buckley was always able to reassure me. No question was too much and she was always available to deal with any questions I had regarding my case. In addition, she was extremely supportive during the entire trial which was immensely stressful. She ensured I was kept informed of every step and as a result of her hard work and sheer dedication to my case, I did win my case. Miss Buckley is truly an asset to the firm and I don’t think anyone could have handled the case better then Miss Buckley. She is an expert in her area and her knowledge and application of the law in this area is extraordinary, couple this with her approachable nature, she really is one of the best Solicitors within this field. I have had a pleasant experience in my dealings with Pabla and Pabla solicitors, especially with the work that Amsha Aslam carried out in relation to my personal injury claim. Amsha consistently provided excellent client service and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I received weekly updates by both e-mail and telephone, in which Amsha explained the exact status of my claim. Amsha was very reassuring throughout and very quickly organised a medical check-up for myself at a location and time which was convenient for me around my busy work schedule. Towards the completion of my claim there were some difficulties in retrieving the cheque from the third party and Amsha worked very hard to ensure that the payment was collected from the third party without any further delay. I really appreciate the work Amsha did for me and her support during the case. I would definitely appoint her for any future cases that I find myself in as well as recommend her to all friends and family.
