Pacas lost a vustomer
I am a long term Pacas cistomer. I've always loved their socks. However, my most recent order came in and I was terribly disappointed. Their once soft, plush socks are now thin and scratchy. They don't even feel like alpaca. That will be my last purchase from them.

Ordered 3 sets of socks. Received 2 and they will not answer my emails. Said they’d respond in 24 hours - didn’t happen. Said go to their website for a chat box - Nope doesn’t have one. Good socks Terrible customer service.

Women No Show Socks
Bought the socks in March for our Alaska trip in May based on good reviews. However, the socks keep sliding down into my shoes (coming off and going into my shoes). Unfortunately, I did not try it out when the socks arrived. Reached out to Customer service after I came back from my vacation and was told my order is already outside the return window policy. In this case, we can no longer proceed with your request.
Very disappointed with the no show socks and would not recommend it.
NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
I ordered 4 pair of the crew socks. They finally arrived in a Ziploc bag, with no company markings. I felt like they had been returned. Each pair is slightly different in size, and they got so pilly right away. I didn't even put them in the dryer. I laid them on top to dry. I am extremely disappointed in these, especially considering the price I paid. They are warm, but they look so shabby, and the tops are stretching out. I left a 3 star review on their website, and of course, they filtered it out. They are showing only 5 star reviews, and I have to wonder if they paid someone for them. I don't even think this is real alpaca. And how would I know?
They need to improve their return…
They need to improve their return window of 1 month. If someone buys their socks for someone else for a gift they may not even get or open the gift for longer than a month. Like at christmas time.

Ordered socks with discounts. Received socks, wrong size. Exhcanged socks, with no exchange socks coming. Can't talk to anyone, it has to be through email or chat. Emailed and got nowhere.
Chat and immediately they gave me a refund, but didn't bother to contact me for 3 weeks to tell me the other socks weren't coming. Customer service sucks with this retailer and they just lost a customer. I just wanted some socks! Back to Bombas
How to exchange gift Pacas
I can't figure out how to exchange gift Pacas for size/style. There was no paperwork in the package.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I received a pair of Paca's socks for Christmas that had an OBVIOUS manufacturer defect in them and contacted customer service about it. I was told that since my mother had bought them for me prior to 30 days before they would not do anything for me on it.
Keep in mind that I am a longtime PACA's fan. Own numerous of their socks (so my mom knew my size,) have their sweaters, my wife has their shawls, I have traveled the world in their stuff, and PROVIDED PICTURES of the defect that makes the sock worthless, but was still told to pound sand.
Do yourself a favor and go to Bombas and work with a company that cares about their product and you as a customer like I thought this one did (and like they used to.)

Ordered off of IG, received email saying order was shipping, DHL e-commerce, got tracking and delivery info, no socks was in mailbox, contacted Pacas, responded with they would check, still no socks. But they have my money.

Ordered 6 pairs of socks six months ago and no order has ever arrived. Beyond deplorable service. Endless email and countless excuses . No problem billing my credit card . I am not sure how this place is in business it’s a scam to take money and not send the product .

Poorly Run Business
Ordered $450 on December 12 for Xmas after seeing that they "generally ship within 3-5 days". Received canned replies to status update requests.
On Dec. 23, canceled the order via email.
On Dec. 28th I disputed via CC company with no expectation of service on their end.
A shipping notice was received on Jan 14 despite the cancelled order. I refused delivery after hearing that many partial orders were sent and didn't want to deal with their non-existent service.
Thanks goodness for the CC company.
Zero stars
The socks are great. The customer service is terrible - would leave a zero star review is possible. Ordered November 29/22 - finally arrived Jan 3/23. Some socks arrived with large snags. Other socks just not sent - but they billed me for the whole order anyway. Have written 3x to Pacas since Jan 5/23 - NO RESPONSE. They have my money but I don’t have the socks I paid for.
