Outstanding service every time

When I purchased my home 9 years ago, I bought it through Pace and they were amazing; so when it came to moving on, they we’re top of my list when searching for an estate agent.

I was really worried about putting my house up for sale, it meant so much to me and I wanted to find the right person to take it on and love it the way that my husband and I had.

Gregory and Katie were amazing and it really wasn’t long before the most perfect buyer was found and we couldn't be happier.

Gregory’s endless enthusiasm and positivity was inspiring. Katie’s customer service and project management - outstanding. The two of them are an absolute asset to the company and we are so pleased we sold our home through Pace.

Amazing service. Fantastic people. Brilliant price.

Property Sale

After experiencing communication problems on my first aborted sale with Pace the second and successful sale was a much better experience due to the diligence and professionalism of Katy Gray. She really has been so helpful. If dealing with Pace insist on Katy dealing with your sale!

Fast & excellent customer service from start

I have dealt with Sara from Pace Properties from the start as well with Gregory. I have received fast and excellent customer service from the start. Very helpful and responsive to all my emails. I would recommend Pace to anybody who would like to rent/buy property. I am current tenant and can`t fault them. Thank you Sara and team :)

Great service notwithstanding Covid restrictions…

In difficult times due to Covid 19 restrictions and during 2 abortive attempts when prospective buyers withdrew before a successful sale the PACE sales team did their level best to provide a positive, enthusiastic and professional service

From the very start I was impressed…

From the very start I was impressed with Pace Properties. My main contact was Katie Gray. She was a complete credit to the company, taking as much time as needed to explain the process, check that I was happy and understood, and even did follow up emails for questions. What impressed me the most was she would not leave a situation until all matters had been addressed to my full satisfaction. I had difficulty downloading some of the documents which she sorted out for me and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

I have been immensely impressed by the way Pace Properties have looked after me and would not hesitate to recommend them - and especially Katie - in the future

Been without water for 48 hours

Been without water since 4pm yesterday. It breifly came on but then went off again and has not been on since. Not good enough if you are trying to self isolate and have no water. No emergency call outs.... really !!! in a time when we are constantly being told to wash our hands to stay safe.

We were first notified of this problem at 4pm yesterday. There is an emergency number on our website and phone lines. We had no reports of it breaking down before. A plumber did attend last night and got it working for a couple of hours but new parts are required which are not available out of hours. An engineer is coming today. A member of the team went out at 6pm last night to meet the engineer to see what he could do, arranging emergency childcare for his children to do so. I personally have been up since 7am talking to different engineers to get someone out today. The pump was serviced a month ago and pronounced to be in good working order. If there is some particular reason that you can't make it to a shop to buy some water for a few hours please let us know and I'm sure someone from the office would help out .

I see you have now edited your review to confirm it did stop working at 4pm yesterday rather than your original allegation that you had been "without water for 48 hours". My original response about 2 people attending last night still stands. We do have an emergency call out, they attended and were supported by staff from the office and someone is coming later today.

Marcus rang us at 5pm on the Saturday to tell us we didn't need to wait the entire wknd to hear back because we'd got the house. A lovely gesture!
