I decided on the FREE option to see if it was worth investing in Paced Email.
Surprisingly, completing the ‘free’ registration for the ‘free’ version of the software required me to provide my complete credit card details!

At first, I thought this was just a burner email tool. But upon in-depth investigation, it is much more than that. It can help with productivity. For example, it can batched up your emails and send at the desired interval. This will help as I can deal with them when it's appropriate. I don't see this feature offered in any of the big apps like Gmail suite and the like. This is one best kept secret which we all need to have. I am glad we were early in adopting the premium deal before its growth.

Don't even know where to start... but this has proved to be a total Game Changer for us. We had no idea what a difference this service would make for us until we started to actually use it. Prior to that it sounded like a "nice" idea, lol. But being able to pace our mail and to group all the mail from the same sender, has saved us more time than I can say.

Paced Email has allowed us to stay more focused on mission critical aspects of our company (without the constant flow of non-mission critical communications in our Inbox constantly begging to be dealt with).

If you're on the fence- I can say with full confidence you should be using this platform!

Paced is brilliant, fast, easy to use and packed full of features.

I used to faff around with many mailboxes before separating my lists, digests and subscriptions.

I've been using it for about six months now, and I bought it a year ago; I should have started on this sooner!

Do your inbox(gmail, outlook etc) give you sleepless nights or morning anxiety? Or distract you from doing the real work? Do you get exhausted categorising and reorganising your emails? If the answer is Yes, you want Paced Email.

I use Paced Email to organise my email and decide exactly where and when they are delivered as a batch. For example, I sign up for a newsletter with Paced Email and decide that I will only read those emails every Tuesday at 10am, sharp. Done.

I also use Paced Email to spy on my competition. I sign up for several newsletters from my competitors and keep track of their newsletters in an organised fashion. Paced Email will deliver them on a monthly basis (about 4-5 comp. emails sometimes) in a neat summary sheet, outside of my gmail inbox. Talk about de-cluttering. I no longer have to search for their promotional emails.

You can track keywords like "unsubscribed", " promotion" and "discount" in spam mails and have them redirected to Paced.Email. Why? Simply because.

I'm so hyped to review this gem as the author really deserves praises for this. Its main purpose is to increase your productivity by collating your emails into a daily, weekly or even monthly digest so you can focus on your work. I actually use it for another purpose. And that is for creating temporary emails so I can hide my real email addresses, just like burner email addresses. Plus you can use your own domain names! Love it!

What I find useful so far is receiving the digested email for obvious reason of being clutter free of whole other lot of emails we sign up for and we use different emails on differnt website and we get lost, when it comes to our mobile inbox, so it simplifies the use of burning and digesting what we need to receive in a email.

I love Paced Email because it allows me to manage my inbox without unduly burdening me with unwanted emails. I love that I can use it as a personal email address so that I can get rid of the clutter, or use it anonymously so that I don't have to worry about people finding out that I'm using it. I also love that it's affordable and that I can batch my emails into digests and alerts per my preferences.

I've been testing and implenting software solutions going on 30 years now. This is one of my best investments,by a long shot; due to the value received versus what I paid. And the founder is wonderful and responsive. I give Paced Email a Perfect Score!

I have been using this tool for the past 1 month and here are my thoughts. Receiving all my newsletters at a specific time is a good idea, and this tool does this very well. I also like that we can use our domain name to the generated email address. Generating emails on the fly is very useful because it helps me to get rid of unwanted emails. Overall, my experience is good, and it is a very helpful tool for people like me who work online.

As an Internet Marketer, this is a must buy, to manage all your subscriptions, software purchases and other email tasks.

I used to create a catch-all from my server? Or manage a bunch of gmails? But thats ineffective and can get messy and confusing.

I purchased the paced.email deal last year (2021), and I use it daily. It is one of my favorite tools since it saves me time and helps me manage my emails.

I have been using Paced mail since August 2021. The most helpful feature of paced email is the ability to digest your incoming emails and schedule them to deliver at a specific time. The next most beneficial feature is the obfuscation of the email address. These two features have become a necessity for our everyday internet life. We sign up with many web applications and services, and countless numbers of emails, including marketing ones, fill up our inbox pretty fast. Paced email exactly does what their name says, but it does even more. You can assign multiple recipients for your target delivery. So you can segment them even more. It comes with a full rules processing engine and a nifty feature that allows the first email to bypass the paced scheduled feature, which is needed for general email verification requests on any web app signups. This is part of the daily workflow, and seriously, I did not have any idea I needed this. But, now I can't live without it.

Almost forgot to add that they also support custom domains, so you can make aliases with your custom domains to keep your branding active. It is very useful if you are a business and want to control the flow of incoming emails. for example, you can use a custom domain alias @ abcd . com which is actually delivered to def @ sample. com.

I think Paced email team can improve the typefaces for readability. Sometimes it isn't easy to read the texts on the 4K screen, and it is not a dealbreaker but just a comfort factor.

Suppose you want to manage numerous incoming emails in your daily life. It can simplify, organize and deliver - how you want your emails to be delivered.

I use my custom domain for my email address, but I get so many spam emails I can't keep up with it. I also have an assistant who replies to emails that have to be answered right away, but there are so many that she can't keep up. Paced email solved that problem. I created an email alias and set it up to forward emails to my assistant at the end of the day. I can now check my emails at my convenience, and my inbox is no longer flooded. This is an excellent service for small businesses that don't want to pay for a full-time assistant.
