Postpartum PT

Dr. Juliana was so helpful in getting me back into exercise postpartum. She was very knowledgeable about making sure my body was healed enough for the exercises I was wanting to do. She listened to my specific goals and past workout routine to find progressions to return to that level safely. We did all of this virtually so I would recommend her to anyone anywhere!

Caring, competent, and thorough!

Juliana at Pacer PT helped me return to running efficiently and SAFELY after having my first child. Postpartum recovery can sometimes include discussion on the intimate and unpleasant topics of motherhood; however, Juliana's extremely caring and professional demeanor made these uncomfortable topics very easy to discuss. After frequent check ins to adjust my program as needed, I was able to successfully return to running without injury. Juliana's impressive competency in physical therapy, and frequent reminders to take my time, helped this restless mama get back into a routine and back into shape. I couldn't recommend Pacer PT enough for anyone in need of rehabilitation, especially for moms going through their postpartum journey!

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about Julianna. I have worked with her through two knee surgeries and having a baby. She always takes the time to discuss any issues I have and will tailor our workouts accordingly. I am now in the best shape of my life thanks to our weekly sessions.

Knowledgeable, motivating, & confidence boosting!

Where do I even begin? Dr. Jules is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. She takes the time to understand your injury and persistently checks in to make sure you are recovering while also safely challenging you to try new movements. I went from wearing a knee brace while walking around the house to challenging myself with weighted squats and lunges. Dr. Jules helped me get back to feeling confident in my movements, and I would highly recommend her to others!

100/10 would recommend!

100/10 would recommend to anyone working on getting back to full strength in a healthy and safe way! Previously to my c section I was an avid runner and even competed at higher levels - but during my pregnancy I was unable to run. So when I had my daughter and tried to figure out how to start up again.. it was a total disaster. Enter Juliana - she gave me the confidence to lift and eventually run. She was thorough and straightforward about my weaknesses and it was exactly what I needed. I can’t thank her enough!

Ther BEST personal trainer I have ever worked with!!

I have been working with Dr. Jules for almost 4 months now and I have had nothing but thee most amazing experience with her as my personal trainer. Jules not only knows how to be a great teacher and mentor with personal training, but also anatomically and physiologically understands what goes on in the body which always leaves me feeling like I had a safe and effective workout! What really sticks out me the most with Dr Jules is that she is extremely motivational and has NEVER EVER let me give up when I am feeling discouraged about a workout. Dr Jules is the only personal trainer who I have ever had to have actually pushed me, be by my side, and to make me believe in “trusting the process”. She makes sure that my questions are answered, even if I don’t ask any and seem hesitant about something. She ALWAYS knows. My upper and lower body have become a lot stronger since we started working together back in late October.I believe that Dr Jules is a great option for you for any PT, post-partum, personal training needs, etc because she is not only a great coach, clinician, and teacher...but she is also a friend for life and I know I can always count on her! Thank you Dr. Jules!!
