My delivery came and the quality of these tea bags are second to none. The calming tea really helped with my sleep and anxiety. Especially at work. The energy tea is the one! It creeps up on you, but gives you that lift in mood and energy you need. Recommend in the morning in replacement of a coffee.
I have made blend no 2 part of my morning routine. The blend is refreshing and beautifully flavoured, and certainly gives me an extra lift in the morning.

The teas are all wonderful flavours and each blend has its own distinctive taste. Calm energy is great to start the day and keep you going without the usual caffeine crash. Sustained focus is a lovely light flavour that would work well as a cold brew also. Restorative sleep literally is the tea of dreams. I find it hard to get to sleep but with this tea it’s easy. The teas smell amazing and the packaging is well designed. Delivery was fast and efficient. I will definitely buy again.
