Excellent service

I purchased a parasol from Robert Dyas with a two year guarantee. The parasol broke after 15 months but Robert Dyas would not honour the guarantee. The wholesale company who supplied Robert Dyas was Pacific Lifestyle and Ross Waite in their customer support team contacted me - he was brilliant! Within a week I had a replacement parasol. Thanks Ross.

great customer service team

Yet again we at Cotterell & Co have received great customer service from the team at Pacific. We recently had a problem with a customer order and Katy swung into action and saved the day. Always a pleasure to do business with Pacific Lifestyle.

Great brand & commendable service!

I had to go direct Pacific Lifestyle to arrange a spare part for my Platinum parasol and I must say how friendly and efficient the team were when dealing with my query. A pleasant experience all round and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing any Pacific Lifestyle product again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great product and Service

We purchased two bedside cabinets for our new loft extension. Quality of the the two units lived up to expectations and they look fab in situ. Delivery and related communications were all excellent. Turned up when expected and driver was very helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.

Shipping

I bought an ottoman via Wayfair who buy goods from Pacific Lifestyle.
Lovely, helpful sales team.
Informed me it is Wayfair who control the courier service xdp contract. Wayfair tried to pin the blame of shipping on Pacific Lifestyle. I have apologised to Pacific Lifestyle for the misinformation given to me by Wayfair

I purchased a Cosiscoop heater for £99

I purchased a Cosiscoop heater for £99. The company will not let you order more of the gas cannisters separately you have to buy the product. We have already purchased the heater. Don’t buy this product from this company we also had the heater and the glass is all scratched still waiting on there response to this. Poor customer service

Really sorry to read your review and hear you are disappointed with your experience so far. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to send the gas cannisters out loose on their own and would need to be purchased as a minimum of 6 in order to provide a safe delivery. We would love to hear from you if you would like to place an order for multiple gas cannisters.

Poor outdoor furniture design and terrible customer service.

I have a 7 seater outdoor rattan furniture kit from pacific lifestyle that was bought as a gift from my partners family. I absolutely loved the furniture but over the last two summers the sun has burned holes in the plastic and it is now completely falling apart. I now have to cover it with towels if my parasol doesn't shade it when the sun comes out to avoid it deteriorating completely. This totally defeats the object of having outdoor furniture that you use in the summer! I am embarrassed to have people over because the rattan has huge holes in it and so it really needs fixing or replacing.

I contacted customer services earlier this year to see if they could provide me with some rattan to repair it myself, but no - they couldn't do that. How difficult is it to post me some rattan? However it is now becoming such a problem I contacted customer service over the phone to explain the problem and they have advised they cannot do anything without the original proof of purchase despite the fact that the furniture has the company badge written all over it.

This is not what I would expect from a furniture kit that was £1,900 when it was bought and I am totally disappointed that Pacific Lifestyle have totally turned a blind eye to it. I am even more shocked that they would not want to resolve it to maintain their 'premium' outdoor furniture reputation. It is certainly not, do not buy outdoor furniture from them.
