Excellent service, easy transaction, prompt delivery and the product was exactly what was expected.
A simple transaction and would be a sure 5 stars, but for one very minor issue. I called for help with my order - I needed some advice about a product. The phone was answered quickly by someone who confirmed they could help me with my query, however I was rather curtly directed to the web site for the information.
To be fair I got exactly what I needed, and full marks for that,. The call recipient could have been more sympathetic, and explained the answer.
But overall I was happy and will definitely return to them in future.
