Having order 550 boxes
Having order 550 boxes, they arrived un-packaged and un-bundled. They were loose in the couriers van and some were also delivered wet. I understand this is likely to be couriers fault, but it was disappointing and some will not be usable.

Great customer service!
I've used Packaging Now for a few years now, to get various products for my mail order company. I've always found them to be swift and efficient, and the goods well priced.
However, when we had a problem with a courier repeatedly not delivering my goods, despite the courier claiming otherwise, they went to extraordinary lengths to resolve this for me. Accordingly, I went from raging about the situation to being very impressed with the customer service. Good job and special thanks to Mani!

Excellent service and delivery!! The size of the bubble wrap really surprised me. I had made comparison with other companies (not all of them) which I came across on my Web search and I found Packaging Now to be the cheapest. Bulk buy is definitely a MUST when it comes to packing.
