It’s a total scam. I was in Amsterdam at KFC and had to pay for a reusable cup. When I returned it they told me they could not give me the money back, I had to contact a number instead. No answer from the WhatsApp business account.

I am tourist who visited Amsterdam last week who happened to use Burger King where there was re-usable containers which promised a refund on return, when we placed the order. After we returned the cup we got a Packback QR code to use in Tikkie, but as we don't have European bank account they said they cannot issue a refund. I thought I have lost my money.
When i contacted PackBack, they understood my situation and agreed to do a refund on my UK account. Good customer service and can really trust this company
