Had basically only good and productive tickets with the support staff on packdraw.

This one however was especially pleasing as everything I ask for in a support chat was met with utmost professionalism.

Stark was very professional, friendly, and patient with me.
There was an unexpected bonus on top of my primary issue/request and took his time explaining my issues.

I would love to leave a honest review that I started playing 1 year ago and still playing . The site monthly bonus is good compare to other sites . The packs are top notch when it comes to top pulls . My sessions were quiet
but tbh one streamer scammed me . Packdraw was offering ftd bonuses to big players and the streamer offered it to me but when I deposited $9500 under his code , After some claims he denied and didn't gave me anything . He enjoyed the bonus money if anyone from packdraw can help with this . the support didn't really helped in past because the marketing team had more idea with this offer .

i read all these reviews of people spending 4k i spent 25$ and won 500 and withdraw it same night... it is the luck of the drawl..

What makes this site absolutely terrible isn’t just that you will almost certainly lose your money but it’s how fast you will almost certainly lose your money. The responses I see on here from them are so generic and honestly just stupid. Just gonna tell you that if you play on packdraw you will regret it. I mean what more can you expect from a company that pretty much targets minors. Has zero age verification and when minors are found to be playing on the site they just say “ well we say in our terms you have to be 18” The fact they don’t require any age verification shows you how shady and unethical this site is. Stay far far far away.

Packdraw is one of the best booster sites i have found, amazing account progessions , community and design. They always keep it fresh and the custom pack creation is top notch!

Just wanted to post here, my terrible experience with Packdraw customer service. I have been a loyal Packdraw customer for well over a year now depositing hundreds of thousands of dollars to the site. With this I had a lucky win
As I like playing on the site I only withdrew ~$1500 worth of winnings and left the other $4800 in my cart for gambling at a later date and went to sleep. When I woke up my cart was empty, poof, gone.
I went to Packdraw support to get to the bottom of this, as there was an unauthorized withdraw. Take into account that I have 2FA and all other security measures recommended by Packdraw... And after multiple conversations, I am told that there is nothing they can do and that they have no controls over transactions, and cannot tell me what happened to cause this.

I just want to put this out there for anyone looking to spend money on @Packdraw just know even if you have 2FA and believe your account is secure based on all recommendations via Pack you are not safe and they will not help you and do not care about you. I wish I could continue to gamble here and lose money to them, but theft is a deal breaker for me.

UPDATE.
This is an update from my recently posted first review on which posted. I basically asked for my account to be blocked due to a gambling problem then went on to try to reopen my account. But was told this was not possible and to just open a new account with same name adress and different email. This goes against there terms and conditions. Of multiple accounts and should not be advising me to do this. So I done this went on to lose more money and have requested a refund for the accounts made after my first one and recieved an email. Yesterday that said this.

This was the response I was given by the team offered to fund my account of the amount stated above and use that. So someone who has stated that they have a gambling problem and asked to freeze there account your now offering me funds to play on your site again?. Madness. Not the outcome I am looking for want a full refund .


Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs): These regulations ban unfair commercial practices, including misleading and aggressive actions, and provide a "blacklist" of prohibited practices.

In the UK we are protected by consumer laws which are stated above the fact you have gone on to advise me to open new accounts in same name and adress just a different email. That is very misleading to say the least.

They say this and that. Bad luck can happen well it always happens on packdraw, I’ve played enough to see that there is no outcome where the player wins. They drain you slowly but all the same. Out of over 50 battles I may have profited on 5. That should tell you something

Like many others have said it’s a scam, I have played here for about 6 months and can say for sure it’s rigged. I see the replies that packdraw gives and it’s laughable, they say you can get big win streaks and losing streaks it’s all random, I call BS. Yea you are gonna get losing streaks for sure but the winning streaks won’t ever happen. They have it set up to where you lose so much then win a little back until it’s basically all
Lost. They even have reward packs you can open each day for different levels, I have 4 packs I can open each day and I have opened around 600 of those packs and have gotten .01 every single time. But they would say it’s just bad luck. No it’s not. They control the game and what you win and lose, every aspect is rigged, when you win they wanted you to
Win. Probably fair has been debunked already and that’s what they use as an excuse to screw you without you thinking they are. Every reply from them on here says the same lying nonsense. They should be shut down. They run it as a sweepstakes site so the game aren’t regulated, that should tell you all you need to know. Scammers and thief’s. You notice 90% of the good reviews are from accounts with just 1 review and they all saying the same stuff. They are corrupt in all they do even faking reviews on here.

Edit: How can you say your rewards are some of the best out there when I get a penny a day. More like worst in thr industry

Wish I could give it zero stars. This site is the most rigged and corrupt site I’ve ever seen. Stay away if you don’t want to be scammed by there rigged site. 10 battles and lose all 10 of them tells me all I need to know.
Edit: yea it can go any way it’s funny how it always only goes one way though. If I win it’s for less than the cost of the battle so o still lose. Stop with this probably fair BS they have already debunked the claim that it can’t be rigged. It can be and it is. I’ll be submitting a charge back claim with my bank to refund my money from you crooks

Well, I lost a lot of money, but that was to be expected when entering a lootbox side. If you are here to make money, please don’t. If you just want a good amount of fun and entertainment, packdraw is the right place!

Support is really helpful and nice, the side works fine as it should be, the cases are entertaining as hell (try out the No Watch Plzz if you have money like that).

Would recommend it if you want some fun :)
