9 different locations, one pc per location, still get banned. First I got 9 Internet Accounts, all with different IP. with 9 different computers. after 4 days of usage, My dashboard get blank, and I an not able to login or see my bandwidth shared. App shows virus. Uninstall all software and do virus scan on computers. Will not trust this company.

PacketStream is a scam. previously used without problems, All of a sudden batch stream stopped working, won't open my toolbar, as if my account was locked out. I do not understand what is going on. I know that the problem is relevant and many people write, but they do not solve it.

This site is a scammer! After request the payout, it block me without any reason (500 http code when try to visit the site) and does not pay me the requested payout amount.

Was working fine until it stopped.
Contacting support told me they think I'm using more than one account which I am not.
I don't appreciate the lack of communication and my account simply not working anymore without notification, nor do I appreciate being accused of things I haven't done.
2 stars because it was actually working for a while, but I also don't like their conduct.

I recently bought residential /24 (256 ip) subnet and setup VPS for 50 of them separately. All went good for a day and when I tried to login to dashboard next day, I get an error. I sent an email to PacketStream Support to tell them I can not login to my dashboard and they responded that its not allowed to setup multiple docker images on a single ip. I write them I have 50 VPS with 50 unique residential ip assigned each of them separately, they did not responded yet. Only mail I get is a general email they send to every banned user. There is no explanation regarding my case. Whats more I have 256 ips, only used 50 of them but they banned the subnet, so my subnet is useless now.
In FAQ section they say one account can have multiple computers with different ip. Im frustrated.

The worst bandwidth sharing app ever tried, they pay you only for the 10% of the traffic they consume, destroy your IP reputation very quick and then the company even deletes bad reviews to hide the truth to new users, that's rediculous.

Message for the company : if you report this review as inaccurate too, i'm ready to fight you showing all the proofs i can to trustpilot! This review WILL stay LIVE and everyone will SEE IT!

Message to users : to monitor the traffic used by this application you can use glasswire or any other internet traffic monitoring program, they used more than 30GB but the dashboard was showing 3GB used only. I call this as a scam. If you contact them and asking for the reason they tell you it's because of speedtests, but if you monitor the traffic closely you see it's data scraping and not speedtests, also because traffic gets consumed and paid 10% all the times, it's not randomic, they are liers too. Disgusting company.

End of October I received my last payout. No, this is not a scam and have made about 200 bucks worth over the yearish I had them via paypal. That is until recently when (I got my payout) I have been seeing an error HTTP 500 message which I have sent an email about. Sadly, I believe I have been banned for some reason (even though I have not changed anything from my computers 2 desktops and a laptop). Or I would of given them 5 stars.

It works until it doesn't.
Eventually they will just ban You for no reason while You're close to pay out. Avoid to avoid disappointment

This is a scam. I have been using this for almost a year, never claimed rewards because it was slow. But that is not the main issue. All of a sudden, packetstream stopped working, it just shows a blank screen, and it wont open my dashboard , like my account was banned. Why? Who knows. If you look at comments on their twitter profile, other people have the same issue. I sent email to their support more than a month ago, but ofcourse , no answer

Packetstream is a SCAM. I just withdrew $5 and they haven't paid me anything.

Installed the product as directed and it worked fine. Access to the site dashboard showed earnings, but then after a few weeks, I could not access the dashboard anymore. HTTP 500 error. Emailed their support twice but no response. I cannot withdraw or see my earnings.

Thus far, I cannot recommend the service. It appears, like so many other reviewers before me, that I may have been blocked for no reason and cannot withdraw. Zero notification or support at this time (I will update this review if I hear from them).

UPDATE 11/28/2022 - Support people responded to my email, but gave excuses that it was a client issue. I showed how it was on their side (I am a bit tech savvy), specifically my account was disabled, and then they just stopped communicating. No reason, no real support. I tried to uninstall it, which was NOT EASY. The normal 'Uninstall' software did not work. I had to manually clean the registry and remove all the files in the user directory. What a pain! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Was good for a while but like many others after one payout they locked me out with no warning or explanation even though I was only using it on one device.

Made a 21§ payout after 3 days client and dashboard online empty and dont get money

Unfortunately they appear to be fraudulent. If you read their terms of service nowhere does it state that you can't run more than one instance, and if you have the bandwidth available why wouldn't you. They will let you run it like that until you make enough money that they ban your account to prevent paying out.

Look for other options.
