I was a little skeptical about the the price and quality of the prints. Once we received our order we were surprised that the prints were really nice and high quality. I will be placing a new order soon.

They ran a media campaign on a few of our sites. They ran up a $30,000 bill and never paid the invoice. I have met the team of people running this company. They are very dishonest. From my experience, steer clear of them and don't do business with them. They will most likely rip you off.

We are a brand new business and pricing matters. Awesome quality, quick shipping no problems and would definitely order again. We ordered lawn signs that are providing us with brand new customers all over town. Website and designing very easy to navigate.I highly recommend.

I ORDERED THE BOXES IN DECEMBER. THEY REFUSED REFUND.

I bought about 100 boxes of four different sizes, to allow for efficient packing as we were moving to a new home. The boxes were easy to order, arrived quickly and were very high quality. I wasn’t sure what to expect since the price per carton was much better than anything else I could find online—but they were great! I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Ordered on Friday before Memorial Day weekend and the boxes arrived the next week on Thursday to the Orlando area. I never received any shipping info, but based on reviews I didn’t think they’d even shipped yet (which is why I marked it down one star). The boxes are sturdy and came packaged up pretty well. I would buy again.

This is the worst online company. I ordered several boxes, received my order confirmation and never received any shipping information like it stated. Their chatbot is never online, when it is no one answers. There is no phone number. At this point, I expect not to ever see my boxes and I'm disputing the charge with my bank. I will never do business with this company again.

They took my money and did not deliver the package and instead of refunding me the entire cost, they kept the shipping, which is illegal. DO NOT USE. SCAM.

I placed an order for boxes on January 17. They asked me what my move date was, because they “wanted to make sure I got my order on time. The 25th has come and gone. I contacted them, with absolutely no response. You are crazy if you order from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Packeze. I placed an order in December for marketing materials for my business, expecting them to arrive in a timely manner. Not only did my order arrive late, but to this day, I’ve only received half of it!

This delay is unacceptable and has directly impacted my ability to market my business effectively. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. There’s no clear timeline for when I’ll receive the rest of my order, and I feel like my concerns are being brushed off.

I trusted Packeze to deliver on their promises, and instead, they’ve caused unnecessary frustration and hurt my business operations. I will not be ordering from them again. If you rely on timely and reliable service, look elsewhere.

I rarely leave 5-star reviews. But since the many negative reviews(1- and 2-star) reviews all seemed to be about the long shipping times, I set my expectations low and ordered boxes well in advance of when I needed them. I ordered them (three different sizes of boxes) on a Monday. They acknowledged my order and said they would fill it as soon as possible, but because of the December holidays, it could take longer. I received them 5 days later (days, not business days, as I got them on a Saturday). And the shipping was FREE. And yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, these are strong boxes for an incredible price (MUCH less than what I found at Lowe's for the same amount). They have exceeded my expectations.

Ordered these boxes for a move 7 days ahead of when I needed them. There is a calculator on their site that asks the date of your move and suggests the shipping speed you need. At THEIR suggestion, I purchased rush shipping for $30 to make certain I would have them on time. They did ship the next day, however I received a tracking notice that they would be arriving ten days later ON the day of my move. I emailed them for help understanding what the issue was and they said that UPS shipping is variable and that is stated several places on their site, but that they would be happy to refund me the cost of the boxes due to the misunderstanding. I asked them to look at the shipping calculator on their site because it is misleading and I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else and thanked them for making it right. I then received an email stating I would be refunded $9 out of my $88 order…their calculation for the cost for the boxes. Do not use this company. If you do, cross your fingers you don’t end up like me - with no boxes and out your hard earned money.

I should have read up on this company before ordering. Weeks passed after I ordered and when I finally asked about it they were suddenly ready to ship. I do not recommend this company. I feel like if I had never reached out my order would still be sitting there. I haven't even gotten the boxes yet and I'm super unhappy with how long this is taking.

With the high costs of moving boxes, Packeze was a breath of fresh savings. $1 per box is awesome. I see the other negative reviews but I have made my second order with them for my mother's move. So far no issues. I appreciate their work hard.

I have ordered 200 yard signs almost 30 days ago and they say they are still in production. I have emailed through the site, Messenger and email. Now trying here for a response. These are items for a customer of mine. I have never had such bad service with a vendor! Please Help.

Ordered $65 worth of moving materials with Rush shipping because their site recommended it explicitly to get to me three days later (start of my move). For $30 in shipping, it took them a week to process my order.

If you're planning very far ahead or don't really care when you get your materials, pricing is pretty much comparable to a Lowes or Home Depot, so I'd price shop before you go with these guys.

Reached out to customer service and Andrea Davis told me "Sorry you didn't understand shipping" and offered nothing in return for essentially ruining my personal move. I would've taken refunding at least my Rush shipping for standard shipping pricing. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

First time using this service and unfortunately had an issue with my order (fedex issue), and they resolved it immediately! Extremely affordable pricing and excellent customer service will make me a returning customer

Buyer beware-allow up to 3 weeks to receive order. I ordered these on July 3rd. The site advertises 3-5 day shipping. What they don't tell you is they don't process your order for a week and then it's a couple more days for UPS to receive the item to ship. Price for boxes is good but allow about 3 weeks for delivery. I needed these last week and as of today, 7/16/24, tracking shows they aren't even in my state yet. They need to advertise a realistic delivery estimate. I would never have ordered had I known I still would not have them after 2 full weeks.

When i ordered it said 3-5 days to ship and its now been past 7 days and my order is still in the production stage. And I cannot get ahold of anyone to reply to my email. This place is a scam and i am disputing this charge as they have failed to provide a good that was purchased
