Packfleet deliver a regular subscription I have, and they've always been on time, friendly and reliable. So much better than most delivery companies out there...

In a world where delivey drivers drop packages at the front door and leave without knocking, this was a refreshing change.
There were some timing changes, which meant i was out when the package arrived, earlier than expected. However, the driver called my number and we agreed a safe place to leave it.

Excellent delivery service. Delivery guy was friendly and brought my parcel upstairs to my flat which was great as it was a heavy parcel.

Gave notice of delivery and were bang on time. Driver was helpful and courteous. Only delivery company to get my five stars.

Sent an email checking delivery details and giving options, they said what would happen next. On the day they gave an hour delivery window and stuck to it.

They kept me up to date on the progress of my delivery all the way which I found very helpful for knowing when the delivery driver had arrived. The delivery driver was polite and friendly. I have no complaints. Good service.

This was my 3rd experience with Packfleet delivery services. Outstanding service. They provide advance notice of their likely delivery time (but then, so what you might ask, because many others do the same …).

What’s different about Packfleet is neither their technology, nor their electric vehicles … but their drivers. They always wear a smile !!
