Packhelp is a great manufacturer of post and product boxes.
The web interface to create custom text and logo is easy to use and the result matches well to the 3D view you see .

I have had a very positive experience with Packhelp. The website is user-friendly, creating designs and ordering was very simple. In addition, I was impressed with the quick responses from customer service via email. Any questions I had were answered quickly and effectively, allowing me to confidently place my order.

The product came in great condition and quality. Just as imagined when designing the pieces on their intuitive platform. Loved the whole experience and will be back for more, my customers love their packages!

there were not stamped ECO label on the boxes and the card was very thin and not the quality we hoped for

I ordered on the 14th Jan and haven’t had my parcel. I contacted customer service to see what’s happening however I haven’t had a response. Quite confused what’s going on!

No printproof within 2 business days, no response from customerservice. Didn’t meet a single deadline. Lead time extended because of unnecessary changes to a file which led to lacking the most important information on the packaging. No clear communication, constantly saying that’s not how they work but proof completely opposite. Placed my order with another company who managed to fulfill the complete order in 4 days only, ….with packhelp I placed and paid the order on the 3rd of January…it’s now the 24th of January. Nothing received yet and asking for a refund but no answer(why am I not surprised) Absolutely never working with you again.
