I have had a very good experience with packhelp. They have provided me with a very suitable box several times. No prints or colour, just the box, so I wouldn’t know how their other products och services are.

One of my products was never delivered. I contacted help and sent many emails asking for help. I have never recieved a response, and have never recieved the missing product I paid for.

After a first successful batch, I had an awful experience. I got a quote, I paid for it, then they came back with a new quote almost 2x more expensive.

Customer service was not helpful.

I changed my order to go back to the old quote, and they kept asking for a higher quote.

Also, once I got the delivery, they printed with the wrong colors. Now they are even refusing to find any agreement.

I’ve been working with Packhelp for almost two years now. I must say they have always been reliable and proactive in responding to all our requests. I’ve never had any issues, and their professionalism is truly outstanding. I highly recommend them as a supplier of shipping boxes.

Be very cautious. I have been a Packhelp customer for over 5 years, but this last delivery had multiple problems: poor quality, damaged, some boxes not printed, and some boxes only partially printed. I raised the issue, and the account manager, Daniel, repeatedly has promised to come back with answers - sadly, nothing was provided and now he won't even answer my emails. It's such a shame they were a very good supplier, but the huge deterioration in quality and service is very disappointing. The frustrating thing is they can send out multiple marketing emails offering discounts - but can't comment on or resolve problems.

Website doesn't work - spent an hour ordering samples, then it threw errors at the end. I tried to message their help, couldn't even get the message to send.

I give up, feel like time wasted

Beware this company is a scam, and their product quality is absolutely trash, I addition they avoid to answer to emails and lies over faulty products, avoid!

The quality if the boxes is not the same for my last few orders. They cartons ar much thinner and bad quality. They are not honest as the price is quite a lot for what I paid for.

Beware of fraud!
They do not respond, even if (or maybe BECAUSE) they owe us money.
The products are poor quality. We had to reproduce twice (and had a lot of fights with them about it)
They do not answer our mails since 4 weeks. We told them that we will take further legal actions, still no reply. We will now call in a lawyer.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a supplier. Typically, a service is either good or bad, but with Packhelp, they simply don’t respond at all! My order was supposed to arrive today, yet it’s still marked as 'Processing,' and support has been completely unresponsive for over two weeks. Even before this, responses were extremely slow.

What’s worse, there’s no way to cancel the order—they’re essentially holding my money hostage. If you're working with customized goods, be very cautious about dealing with this company. Their social media is dead silent, and they don’t reply to anyone on any channel. I regret choosing them for my business needs.

I emailed the team with a special request for the order I had just placed and Magdalena was extremely helpful and polite with her swift responses and keeping me informed about my order.
