wrote the customerservice 3 times to get an offer but no usefull response or no response. i don´t think i can trust this company. it is a shame as they offer everything i need to start my business.

not clear that I would be charge for customs from Switzerland. Customer service contact not available on the website, I had to reach out through LinkedIn. Happy they processed the refund for the express delivery date not met.

I had a very bad experiencie with my order. R499792803. On 17.04.24, I ordered 36 rolls of blue-colored packing tape. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shipment, I discovered that the tape was black instead of the blue as I requested. This experience has been disappointing. I want a solution and money back!

Haven't made an order of more than samples so far, but everything in my experience has been great so far. Awesome customer service, fast shipping, and great sample solutions. Will very likely order from them.

It's been a month and i'm still hanging on the very first generic product quote. I’ve sent several emails with enquiries but the replies are slow and plain, have not specifically answered any of my questions for customising the product. And they even sent me an email asking if they should proceed with the order?!

To my surprise, the person I've been talking to has now gone on holidays without forwarding client e-mails to anyone else. Impossible to place an order if there is no one to even talk to.

Also the products and prices change daily on website, makes it hard to plan ahead.

I ordered some products before and was very satisfied with the quality/price. However, we were very disappointed with our last orders. We ordered mailers and tissues, the last ones we purchased before. So when we received the order, we compared the quality. Both tissues and mailers were so transparent and thin that you could use them in packing only if you mix them in a few layers! I wrote to Customer Support and sent them the comparison pictures. I'm still waiting for their "solution" for the last 2 months.

Packhelp always works perfectly. Easy to use, great products and usually delivered before schedule. I recently had to cancel an order, and Barbara helped me out. The receiver of the product decided to continue with the existing order, so I had to "uncancel" the order, and once again, Barbara swiftly helped avoid cancelling the order so it could stay on schedule. That's how it's done!

I've been purchasing packaging from this company for a while now and I must say that every time it proves to be an excellent choice.
The customer service people are very quick and kind, really recommended!
