We just bought a new Pack Mule short…

We just bought a new Pack Mule short fork pallet jack for use in moving fully loaded Lista parts cabinets. We opened up a new parts storage area and needed one. Our existing parts cage wouldn't share our other one that we bought 20 years ago, still going strong with zero maintenance.

My experience with Pack Mule has been…

My experience with Pack Mule has been nothing but great. The customer service is outstanding and they also reached out to me days after I received my order to make sure i did in fact receive everything and to ask me if there was anything else they could help me with. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good quality and functionality

The addition of the Pack Mule to our warehouse has been a great tool and time saver. The quality, maneuverability and load capability works out great for us. The entire process from the demo to purchasing has been a good experience.

I received great service

I received great service. I needed a charger cord for a machine and Kathy Collany promptly gave a part number, price and availability.
I received the part two days after I placed the order.
I would recommend anyone with a Wesley product to contact Kathy.

Quality product that lasts for years

Quality product that lasts for years. We've been using Pallet Mules for 25+ years and they are built to last. Every other brand is disposable. The model we like is built to order so delivery isn't next day... but they are worth the wait.
