I Just realised i have had my Packsafe Venturesafe GII for more than 10 years. i have used this backpack almost daily and it has been to 3 different continents with me. It has never failed me and the safety features are just an extra peace of mind.

The quality is amazing and the pocket layouts are ideal.I always use the pasport pocket while traveling for the extra security but mostly for always knowing where it is. The only negative thing i can say about it is that after 10+ years the side water bottle holders are getting a bit loose.

I have never had a a product last this long with daily use with only minor damages. If i ever get a new one i hope the quality is the same.

Purchased a black backpack. They sent a grey cheaper cross body bag. Emailed twice and only received an automated response. Messaged on Facebook , nothing. Found customer service number on own as its not advertised ...no one answers any extentions. You sit on hold and then it transfers you to voicemail. Shocker, no response to that as well. I needed the locked bag for an upcoming trip. If they dont respond and overnight by today , I will have nothing and not enough time to get one elsewhere.

I put backpacks to heavy use. I was after a couple of bags for a trip that would take some cameras but look like a backpack and have some protection. They are very well made and look surprisingly unworn for all throwing around. I got the sling purse too for going out at night. In short very reliable.
There has been not of the side pocket not being great for a water bottle. I would very slight agree in that it is quite shallow but it is made of good fabric that will not give with age like an elasticized pocket/ fabric.
I was in a store in Australia recently travelling and the store owner came up to me to tell me how good the bag was. On a recent trip, his wife came back from a day out only to find the bottom of the bag slashed. It was damaged but the theft could not cut the mesh. Nice to know

My purse zipper looks like it oxidized. It’s all bumpy and won’t work. Loved it when it was new, but I pulled it out of the closet to use again and it’s not usable.

I used to love their products but had a couple products that started to fail after a few years! These products will certainly fail after the warranty expires. The company denies to repair or provide any warranty though the damages happened a few months after the warranty expired. I won’t buy anything from this company any longer!

In general the 2 rucksack we bought did the job we needed them to do on our 3 week trip around Asia.

Security feature were good.
Water bottle side pockets were limited and would benefit from being bigger, may be elasticated

Thin top handle really needs some padding as when fully loaded it is uncomfortable to carry.

Main shoulder straps need to be wider at the top and have better padding and a cross chest strap would be useful.

Website with programming errors. Be careful . Prices may change during checkout. Items in your shopping cart will change in price because they regularly correct their website prices. In my case an item went from €150 to €299. They do not want to help you through customer service and hide behind the rule that it is their full right to apply price changes, even to items already in the shopping cart.Unbelievable!

Kate and the team at Pacsafe always put their customers first. Last year I called about an issue with delivery (Not there fault, thanks Yodel) They resent it with Royal Mail and was in hand within 24 Hours. I called again towards the end of last year to ask for help with a surprise for my partner, when she opened it at Christmas she was over the moon and now a Pacsafe convert. Just spoke to Kate again for some advise and now I have another sling bag on its way to me at a very reasonable price. Thank you and of course I will be back for more later this year.

Bought their RFIDsafe™ RFID blocking trifold wallet. Very impressed, exactly the format and style I was after. Quick delivery to Spain.

These bags are too expensive for what they actually are! The zip in mine broke and had to get a replacement; it’s now looking to be breaking again. I’d say, the bags are really overrated by the company but in fact are not worth the money. There are other less expensive options out there.
Customer service in the UK led by Brad, who directs UK is condescending. They go back on their word, to replace bags, if faulty. Not good at all.

Bought the Pacsafe Vibe 150 pack for travels. it's also good for EDC. Order placed on the 17th of Sep and I was surprised to receive it so soon on the 19th of Sep. Item is as described, delivery was fast and the overall experience is great. Hope they will make it in more colours.

Great product and excellent customer service. I have purchased the crossbody bag in preparation for holiday in Spain. Just few days before departure I have realised that the safety pin was missing. I gave messaged Pacsafe but also read FAQ and quickly ordered another bag with next day delivery. Bag came before midday and all complete. The response and help from Pacsafe was excellent. Highly recommend and the bag was brilliant to wear too. Many thanks 😊

After a lot of research I kept coming back to Pacsafe Citysafe CX Anti-Theft Backpack because it was stylish and practical. Now that I’ve used it everyday riding to work I can attest to its awesomeness. It opens at the top like an old school medical bag which I love because it’s…. practical. I can fit my lunch in glass container, pair of ankle boots, blazer, pants and top without fuss and a laptop. Seriously, what more do you want? The zips are lockable, it’s rain resistant. Get it now. It’ll make you happy.

Having twice been with someone who was a victim of pickpocketing from bags I'm now really nervous about using any bags - but these Pacsafe bags are absolutely *amazing*!

You may think you can be safe by using a cross-body bag, keeping it zipped up/close to your body, holding it so you have hold of the strap with your arm covering the zip. I was standing directly opposite a friend doing exactly this when I saw her face become very startled; getting concerned I looked at her and my eyes rested on her hand clutching her bag. Except there I saw *two* hands next to each other ... her hand clutching the strap and another hand disappearing into her now unzipped bag. It was like watching street magic - there appeared to be no-one around us at all, yet there was this second hand! The hand withdrew her purse and disappeared. It happened in *split* seconds - like watching magic; there was no time to take it in, and no-one could be seen (we later learned they crouch down behind you and then palm the stolen items off to people who walk away directly behind you in the opposite direction so no-one is seen). It was a really distressing incident, but at the same time became fascinating on a 'how did they do that?' basis. Now wary, on the same holiday I took to wearing a cross-body bag and wearing it under my coat - a tribe of children with a lady suddenly ran through our group like little rats forcefully banging into us all and I suddenly realised the kids were going through pockets and trying to grab bags. On raising an alarm the lady shouted apologies and something about excited children but it was obviously set up like Fagin/Oliver Twist. In a restaurant, I saw a lady get up from a table in a normal way and leave but on the way out bent down not breaking stride and picking up someone else's bag from the floor as she went past - as I shouted she dropped the bag and ran. And it didn't end there: seeing something from the corner of her eye, my sister looked down to see a woman on all fours by her bag. At first she thought she'd fallen, but then realised her bag was now unzipped and this woman was just about to go through it. All these incidents have now made me incredibly nervous about using any types of bags ... but then I found Pacsafe.

Firstly, they're made from repurposed fishing nets/plastic bottles - what's not to love. They are slash and cut proof, so no cutting through straps/cutting the bag open. I purchased the CX anti-theft mini and the design is amazing:
- the two zip heads closing the top of the bag firstly interlock/fasten together.
- the zip heads are then secured by a metal 'Roobar' that passes through the zip heads making it impossible to open them without going to a lot of trouble.
- the double handles are secured with a press-stud tie; meaning even if someone did manage to fiddle all the above open without you feeling anything they also need to undo this press stud before they can comfortably remove anything from the bag,
Very impressive! And it doesn't stop there.

I've always known a secret to not getting your bag lifted from the floor was to put the leg of your chair through the strap; then when you're sitting down it's difficult to grab it. But not impossible - if you bang into the chair and unseat someone enough it's easy to slip the bag away whilst all the apologies happen. Depending on the chair, not so with Pacsafe: the bag has a secure/locking hook that enables you to feed the strap more securely to certain chairs. That means the thief would have to steal the entire chair as well as your bag in the 'chair nudge' scam.

But the security still doesn't stop there. The bag is also RFID secure and so protects any of your cards or passport data.

No bag can ever be entirely safe, but from the experiences I've been unfortunate to see this bag goes a long way towards making you the less attractive 'mark' in a crowd. I absolutely love these bags and they've gone a long way to reducing anxiety/paranoia when in high risk areas. Thank you for great design, Pacsafe, and for manufacturing and shipping in products that have consideration for the environment!

Delivery company they use for my order was UPS. I had a message to say item delivered, when it was not. The delivery note attached to the email advised it was delivered to another village, not to mine, and someone I had never heard of signed for it. No response from Pacsafe customer services whatsoever to tell me where my package was. The UPS website totally useless. Only due to the suggestion of a friend did I drive to the village specified to check to see if the UPS parcel had been taken to a shop I had never visited. I found my parcel abandoned there. The bag itself is fine. My recommendation if you want to buy, is to do the research on the Pacsafe website, but buy through another source eg ebay!

I ordered 2 items. Only one was delivered. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service address explaining what happened and did not receive any follow up.

I can’t understand the poor reviews on here. I’ve ordered from them twice and had nothing but superb customer service from them.
Their bags are brilliant. Great quality and we felt much safer travelling with them
I’ve also had their bags from Amazon for about the same price

Order not delivered, simply can’t get hold of them. No response to any method of contact. Took payment though.

Quick delivery, products made with high quality material and their customer service is second to none. Would recommend for anyone looking to keep their belongings safe whilst traveling.

Online ordering from their website has terrible customer service. Many calls and email to get a response from them. 1 wk before Xmas. Never recommending
