I ordered an iphone16 case. It didn’t fit around the camera properly leaving the corner pushed out. Unusable. Attempted to provide photos, and after initial response, my attempt at a refund or exchange have been ignored.

I ordered a case bundle and on the website they claim to ship with in 48hrs unless on ordered on Friday afternoon, however a week had gone by with no updates and no tracking. I emailed them asking to cancel the order since they hadn't shipped yet and instead I got a response saying that the original case was defective and had create a new shipment and providing tracking.
They didn't listen to what I originally asked for which was to cancel. Thankfully they did end up refunding me. This experience was quite annoying and clearly bad at customer service. I'm also not convinced that they were telling the truth since me emailing them seemed to be the prompt to actually ship and they shipped it anyways after asking for cancelation, probably to keep the money.
I can't say anything to the quality of the case but these cases ship from China so the delivery time will be a lot longer than what is advertised on their website.
Ordered on 13th September and it’s now 18th October and still no phone cases. I have opened a dispute with my bank account. I was in communications via email with Padasnap who are no longer replying. They have since said item was delivered when it hasn’t been to my home.
It’s a shame as the cases looked great
After ordering I became a bit sceptical due to limited reviews other than those on their website and because it shipped from China when I thought it was a US site. But surprisingly the case, grip and phone charm all arrived as described. Delivery was longer than the 6-9 delivery days as noted on their website/social media comments and instead took 3 weeks. My tracking link also showed that it had never been picked up by the postal carrier. I emailed PadaSnap support and they gave me a different tracking number which showed all the relevant information better.
Website was easy to use, good range of beautiful phone cases! I was worried it was too good to be true after struggling to find any reviews on the website, but my phone case has just arrived, as described and as beautiful as I hoped! Only negative was delivery took 14 days - tracking was just showing as “delayed” for a while.
