Padder British made shoes are excellent!

I have not used the company website but chose to visit Hargreaves and Son, a local independent shoe shop, when restrictions allowed. I bought a pair of Padder British made waterproof leather boots (Crest). They are so good and comfortable that I returned to the store and bought a pair of the shoe version (Terrain). Based on the quality, performance and comfort of the shoes I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Don't use this company !!! Ordered a pair of slippers on Nov 27th…

Ordered a pair of slippers on Nov 27th and the only correspondence received was an email order conformation . 3 weeks later no slippers, emailed customer services no reply . Called customer services several times, left messages, they say they'll return your call ....but they don't !
4 weeks later still no slippers, but they have my money! So called customer services again and left a stern message saying there's no point leaving a message as nobody ever returns the call .
I redialled immediately and a very sturn woman answered . My order had been dispatched on Dec 8 th but she had no idea when I would receive it !!!
I have asked for a refund but I have very little confidence that will happen . Very very bad service all round .

Utterly dreadful customer service

Utterly dreadful customer service. Ordered some Padders slippers from debenhams - debenhams stated they had no control over their dispatch as was come straight from Padders. Waited and waited but they never arrived. Asked to resend but out of stock everywhere. Then ordered some different styles directly from Padders website instead and they sent the wrong slippers! Asked them to send the right ones but they no longer could as they were now out of stock. Dreadful customer service too, the lady I dealt with couldn't have sounded any less bothered if she tried.

poor service!

Ordered slippers from them and waited over a week for delivery before deciding to chase them up - waited another 5 days for a response - only to be told that the items they had for sale and that I ordered on-line were out of stock and I will get a refund in 5-7 days time! Really poor to be advertising items for sale that they don't have and having to chase them to find out what has happened to order - won’t be using them again!

non existent customer service

I received a pair of padders slippers as a gift. They are really uncomfortable as they do not appear to contain the memory foam as claimed. It’s like walking on a metal cage. My main gripe is that I have twice written to padders but they can’t even be bothered to acknowledge my emails. Very very poor customer service.
