Paddio is not your every day online home lender. This is the way to go! No middle man. Honest. Hard working. Professional. Paddio made my home buying experience so easy and fun. Even closing was a breeze. I would never go with anyone else!!!!

We had a few issues in the beginning of the process; however, in the end, what Paddio said they would/could do, they did. For that, I am grateful and would recommend this company to others who seek to purchase a home.

Denaye and Shelby were my loan officers. I sincerely cannot than them enough for their amazing work and for the small personal touches that made the financing part of my home buying experience very simple, straightforward, and communicative. Best part is Denaye and Shelby got me seriously one of the most competitive mortgage rates out right now…oh and did I mention they got me to close on a very tight timeline? They did it in under one month. Impressive!

I HIGHLY recommend you give Denaye a call if you are shopping for a home lender. Their customer service focused experience is hard to beat!

The worst experience ever. Don't don"t do it. 2.5 mths and never closed. How can you screw up with perfect credit and almost 60k down?

My experience with Paddio was great and my Loan Officer and Loan Coordinator were awesome to work with. Web interface is easy to navigate and signing documents was quick and painless. Was able to get the house myself and family wanted and Paddio helped me every step of the way.

Great place to get a mortgage. All the team was great.
