Paddle Power were brilliant from start to finish - they answered all my questions and went above and beyond to produce outstanding customer service.
They kept in contact by both phone and email, listened to what we wanted, provided amazing advice and options using their knowledge of pickleball.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable. 30 minute telephone conversation discussing options. Eventually cancelled order but not through any fault of Paddle Power- I simply realised I needed to try out more paddles before committing.

Excellent paddle
This was recommended to me by a very accomplished player. I’ve only played with it once but I could see I had far more control than before, especially for dinks and drops.

New paddle
Having a chance to play with my new paddle for a good few hours before buying was very useful as we all know when you pick up a new paddle at first its the paddles fault when we mess up. So playing and getting the new feel was brilliant.
The discounted price was good along with the friendly service.
I will definitely return to Paddlepower for my next paddle

Excellent and very friendly customer service, Anis went to great length to offer me the best deal, and he also gave great general advice on purchasing a pickleball paddle. I will definitely go back to Paddle Power when I need more kit or advice.
