Excellent communication and guidence

Fantastic team with brilliant communication. They helped myself (a beginner) on which padel racket to buy. Initially the racket arrived damaged (probably delivery company) however the company provided a brand new racket no charge. The team are friendly and honest, I will be purchasing from them again.

Hi Tayyab,

We replied the same day you wrote to us. The racket was in perfect condition when we packed it and perfect condition when we handed it over to the courier. It was perfectly packaged and protected. We ship to almost every country, and no racket has ever arrived damaged.

We told you we were going to file a claim with the courier, and we did. These things take time; we assume that courier companies take a while to process claims and respond (we're not the only ones filing a claim). When the courier responds to us, we will reply to you.

Your review is just trying to hurt our feelings, and we don't understand why.
