Wrong product delivered and do not answer anymore

They sent me the wrong racket and wont answer email or phone, every number or email address on their website is not real or they are not answering.

Update 2: After this review they have finally replied. Will update how it goes.

Update 3: They claimed to have sent me the correct padel racket, and when i sent then photoes for the 2nd time and asked how to proceed they answered by sending a 10€ voucher to be used by tomorrow. Problem is i dont need that racket and definitely do not need a voucher for their store either. This has been going now for 4 weeks. They seem to have english customer service but nobody speaks english (and their english email address is a fake one).

Update 4: just to say this was not resolved in fair way, and i could not recommend padel-pro.es shop to anyone.
