Excellent service from Padel Kiwi! My order arrived on time and I absolutely love the products.
I noticed a small defect on the racket and simply informed their team so they could look into it. They responded immediately with kindness and professionalism, and even refunded a portion of the product despite me saying it was not necessary.

Poor International Tracking
Ordered on May 7 (Order #40758). Shipping notice arrived the next day with UPS tracking, but then total silence. No delivery update, item still not received by UPS. The lack of visibility is unacceptable.

Never received my order and got a fat FedEx bill
Placed an order for a padel racket that was over 200 quid and some balls, the order never come as it was a birthday gift and to make it worse I’ve been left with a £67 quid FedEx charge they are a scam and I don’t think I’ll be getting this order
I’ve emailed many times and no one has replied, it’s left me in such a state financially and mentally drained me trying to sort this all out in time
I would appreciate a refund so I can try sort out another gift or for someone to tell me where my order is!!! Do not want another one sent out as I’ll be lumped with another FedEx bill
