We would like to gently explain that all shipments from the EU to Switzerland are subject to Swiss import VAT and customs handling fees, which are collected directly by the Swiss authorities and FedEx, and not by Padel Kiwi.
We do try to be as transparent as possible about this throughout the buying process. You will find this information just below the product price on our website ("The prices shown do not include VAT or import duties. These will be charged upon receiving the order in your country"), in your order confirmation email, and also in our shipping policy: https://www.padelkiwi.com/en-ch/policies/shipping-policy.

I’m genuinely very grateful for the service from PadelKiwi.
Where FedEx did absolutely nothing to help and completely dropped the ball, the team at PadelKiwi kept following up and took full responsibility to resolve the situation.
The communication was clear, fast, and very professional throughout. In the end, they handled everything properly and refunded my money, as the racket was unfortunately no longer in stock.
You don’t come across this kind of service often anymore. Highly recommended.

Fast international shipping and perfect condition
Purchased a Padel Racket from Padel Kiwi and it shipped to Canada in perfect condition in 7 days, exactly as planned. The racket (Nox) even included a complimentary carrying case.
This is a legitimate service and have already recommended it to my friends.

Import taxes, poor FedEx delivery; relatively good price
The price and quality of the products were good. However, the delivery via FedEx was unsatisfactory. The delivery was rescheduled three times (Thursday, then Friday then Monday), and the committed delivery windows (e.g. “delivery between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.”) were not respected.
Import taxes for import to Switzerland were charged: Fr 22.- lump sum plus 8% of the purchase value. This was not clear when I placed the order and neither transparent on the Padel Kiwi website.

Slow with a warranty claim
Not as great an experience as usual. Communication to replace my racket under warranty was very slow. They only responded when I chased. I had hoped they would be more proactive. When they did respond communications were fine. Got my replacement racket eventually. And it was (if this doesn't break) very good value.
