I had a question about administrator access to scheduled posts - what I thought was quite a "niche" question. Not only did I get a response back in under an hour, but Carla had completely understood the issue and had a possible solution (which may not work within my institution's padlet environment, but I appreciated the thought).
So: if you're cynical about getting an answer from an online form, doubt no longer - or at least, not when you're using padlet.

My university has a Backpack licence, and Padlet is embedded in our teaching and learning. It is very popular with staff and students alike, being really easy to use, and full of great features - such as AI. When emailing for help, we have always had excellent customer support, with prompt, really helpful replies from Padlet. They are a very friendly, approachable company - with a truly great platform. Highly recommended.

bringing ideas together is a great idea. It would be great if i can follow up the names of who visited or liked the posts.

I've been using Padlet for several years now and have always found it intuitive and well-designed. I've recently run into the first issue ever with the platform and contacted customer support to figure it out. Let me tell you: the best customer support I have received in a long time, maybe ever: so fast, incredibly friendly, and superbly helpful way beyond the bare minimum (even volunteering to pass on the feedback about what turned out to be a simple misunderstanding to the respective team so they could phrase the email I had gotten differently moving forward). I obviously hope everything continues to go as smoothly as it has been going all along so I don't have to contact them again, but if I do, I know I am in the best hands.

I reached out to customer service because my account got deleted/ lost when I switched emails. Aly was quick to respond and quick to help solve the issue. Before she did this though, she had me verify information on my Padlet for security/ privacy.

This is such a useful and well designed app with many, many uses. I’ve used it to design and plan a tour to a foreign country and to design a foreign language course. It’s easily adaptable and edited. Customer support is fantastic: Fast and helpful.

Great tool for education with an excellent support service

I have been using Padlet in my teaching and learning sessions for more than a decade. I simply love it. I love to see that my resources are structured, easily accessible and password protected for security reasons.

Padlet for personal, at that price, makes sense. Padlet for small organization, as long as you have below 50 members, for most uses, also makes sense.

Think of padlet as a whiteboard, and you can have many whiteboards. Each whiteboard though, can have some limitations, such as who can post on it, and who can comment on it. Each padlet can be linked to another padlet, but it doesn't necessarily have to be so. In fact in many cases it is probably better to keep everything in one padlet, as long as you design a padlet properly with the correct permissions for interactions. Even the way the settings is done makes sense.

The learning curve isn't bad. You just have to pay attention to the basics, and then all of a sudden it'll start making sense once you start having people interact with your padlet and you learn "oh this works, and oh this is not how I probably want it to work". In my case it took me 2 padlets with interactions (with my students) to figure out what design I want, how I want to set the permissions, etc.

The pricing for platinum (at least for me) makes sense. I think its even cheaper now, and its also feature richer than the last time I remember it to be (years ago). So its not a static product, and it has evolved to be a better product.

What made me continue to subscribe is the constant update and the continual support by the after-sales service which helped me to choose the correct plan (and the cheapest also, which suit my needs).

Padlet is great for sharing materials with students. They also fixed a technical issue really quickly. Very friendly communication

I kinda hate this app/ web, my teacher in the past sent me a link to a padlet board for me to use. At the beginning it was alright but i later realized that when you go onto another devise you can't edit posts you made on the last devise this mean i have multiple of the same thing with only slightly different things on them. Now that Ive been looking online for reason for this i realised that it is because i havent been able to login when working on it. I have tried to work out a way to fix this and i can't.

After my school district email changed due to a name change, I couldn't access my Padlets. I contacted Padlet with a request to link my account, associated with my former email, to my new school district address. This process was done within minutes, and I had to provide minimal documentation. The person I was speaking with, Aly Dalgetty, was prompt and personal in her responses.

My issue required multiple emails and a bit of investigation. Aly was fully engaged in solving the problem and stayed with it all day until she found a solution.

My experience on Padlet is amazing! They people who have helped me, when I had trouble getting to Padlet, I Thank them so much, not only them but every other person who has helped people with their issues. Carla Was just amazing, she was so nice, kind, and sweet about it, I like how you guys are so nice toward the people who have Padlet. I really do highly recommend Padlet!

I sent a quick email .. and received quicker reply .. the information that was included in the reply .. helped me to figure out where is the problem ..
i also love the positivity and the nice language in the email through some words ..

My partner teacher and I love using Padlets with our K1 kids! Each week we ask them a discussion question where they post a picture and a response. This is a good place for them to share all of their favorite things, their least favorite things, and holiday excursions. Then we can present the board and make everyone feel special without taking a long time for each kid to talk. Padlet is our favorite!!
