Disgrace of a company, booked a new boiler install, paid up front
Didn't turn up, phone lines turned off zero response via social media, online chat, complaints system, email nothing
Stay well away from these cowboys

After suffering a system boiler failure last week l decided to replace it with a combi boiler rather than get it repaired. I contacted a few local installers but there prices were too high. I came across padly online and compared there prices to competitors for the boiler l wanted and they were significantly cheaper. I was given a install date a couple of days later, communication was great through email and WhatsApp.
The installer that turned up on the day was great, very neat install and no mess left inside the house, (he even removed the tanks in the loft instead of just disconnecting them which is a first for me).After the install he explained all the boiler controls and showed me how to use the new nest thermostat.
Going forward if l ever need a new boiler again these guys will be at the top of my list.

The installation was great. Had the boiler installed exactly where I wanted. Loft tank was removed! Most importantly before placing the other, the customer service team has explained everything properly and on the installation date it was exactly how I thought it would be

Not trustworthy and professional
I got installed new boiler and radiators in my house .The whole work was very unprofessional .They install flue in wrong way,did not tile it properly before install.I requested couple of times to sort it but it was not sorted. Now, I asked 1 builder to sort the tiling for me.He refused and said flue is installed too short that they can not put tiles now left.,it will cover the whole flue.Flue needs to be fit properly ,and tiling should be done before fitting flue.Now its damaging walls of my property.
They did finish the work very quickly but did not do it properly.
I had to chase them to remove water tank that was with previous boiler and they mentioned removal in quote but did not do it until Iasked couple of times.

They run the boiler on an extension board saying they can not sort the eletrics.I paid extra to electrician to get it sorted .
Even, Installation was not proper, boiler was leaking.They said, it is manufacturer problem. When engineer from manufacturing company came, to check ,he said it was not installed properly.
And flue is still not fixed , no response to any complaints,
Not trustworthy people, horrible experience with them.

Good communication with customer. Great prices. Friendly service. Boiler fitted quickly , no mess left. I would definitely use padly again. 🙂

Great value for money and really good knowledge from the installer

Really nice service.

Having recently bought a property I had no idea where to actually look for a boiler but I’m glad to say I found this company.

The price was excellent and a lot and I mean a lot cheaper than a certain well know company/brand with the letters “BG”!

I was having my system changed from a tank to a Combi and they took away the tank as well, which was less of a hassle for me to sort.

They kept me informed in regards to the date, time and the name of the engineer who was doing the fitting. They also followed it up after the fitting as well. The boiler certificates and everything came through on email very promptly after the technician confirmed he had done it with Padly and I can’t fault it.

The engineer that actually did the fitting was very good, he did it in a day and was very polite, helpful and tidied up after him as well.

I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for new boiler or changing your system.

So far it’s been a few weeks later since it was installed and I’m happy to say there’s been no issues at all with the boiler.

Jimmy was brilliant booking and sorting our boiler replacement at competitive price. Technicians Ashley and Cy replaced our very old boiler system entirely with a modern one with excellent problem solving skills. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy, even our baby slept through their work in the room next to them. 10/10 thanks!
