I received the watch and it had a scratch on it and I do not like it. I emailed the same day to ask for a refund. I was sent an email by Ari regarding my order #47850030926. This was on the 11th August and I still have not heard back from anyone. I have sent 2 other emails and nobody has responded. Not good service!

Worth it!
Great-looking watch with impressive quality for the price. My only concern is that it tends to lose time, even when I’m wearing it and moving around throughout the day. It doesn’t keep time consistently, which is the only drawback I’ve noticed.
Other than that, it looks great and I’ve already received several compliments on it. Delivery was fairly quick as well—I received it about two weeks after placing my order. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and plan to buy another style soon.

I only used my watch twice and a button, the one that suppose to start the Chronograph is fell off and if i try to put it back in it doesn't work. I didn't even use it. On the website there is no way to contact the seller.

The watch came in a very nice case with extra strap, cloth and a screwdriver (guarantee card and manual also included). I could track the delivery at any point since I paid extra for fast delivery. Quality is good but it is not tested in the depths of time
