Bougth the PAIKKA Visibility Treat Bag Dark. After a short time the outer fabric tore in multiple places and the bag looks awful. Considering the price the bag should last in daily use for at least a couple of years. What makes things more suspicious is that the company deleted my product review that had pictures of the bag. Considering all of this I do not recommend even though I liked the design.
Customer service, non existent. They just wont reply to any emails. To me, that’s scam-adjacent.

Returned a dog jacket to Paikka on the 11th of December. From that instant on, any written contact by the company was broken off and no refund was made and 3 written notices by email and one by post including shipping number ignored. ACTUALISED: WAS REFUNDED TODAY.
Quick delivery. I ordered a rain jacket to myself and it felf really nice. However, I hope they will soon find a European manufacturer as now the items are made in China. (Minus for that.) I was in contact with the customer service too, they have clear and friendly communication.
