I have finally started my painting. I must say the painting itself is worthy of a five, the service a five, delivery a five. The only criticism I have is I had ordered the extra brushes besides the ones supplied and I feel the brushes are substandard. For these paintings you need good quality detail brushes in which I did purchase on my own which have made a huge difference. I would suggest if you are going to offer free brushes as well as brushes to purchase please invest in a higher quality and charge for them otherwise advise people to purchase their own. I am enjoying my painting, I have never done something like this as I usually just to my own art but this is definitely a good way to capture something special ie.grandchildren my painting is coming along nice can’t wait to finish and give to my daughter on her birthday. Highly recommend; exceeded expectations! Took several weeks to receive product; I ordered the 48 color version and it did not disappoint. The quality and finished painting is amazing - looks like a professional painting! Highly recommended ordering the professional paint brush set; much higher quality than the standard set that comes with. Waiting on my second paint by number order and can’t wait. Very relaxing and rewarding. I spent about 40 hours total on a family picture with many colors. I did have to go back and paint over the numbers for the lighter colors as others mentioned, but was easy to do if you wait until the first coat dries. SO many compliments on how great it looks and can’t wait to start on the next one!

Absolutely amazing

I recently purchased a paint-by-canvas kit of our daughter, and I have to say, it was such an enjoyable experience! The process was incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect mix of creativity and mindfulness. The canvas itself was of excellent quality—sturdy and well-prepared, making it easy to work with. The colors were vibrant, and the paints were smooth and easy to apply. The included brushes were great for the detail work, and everything you need was packed neatly in the kit.

I appreciated how the canvas was pre-printed with clear outlines, guiding me through the process without being overwhelming. I was able to create something beautiful without any prior painting experience! The end result looked amazing, our daughter loved the finished portrait. Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the materials and the enjoyment the whole experience provided. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, creative project!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t buy from this company. You will be paying for nothing. Nothing has at, and there’s a fake tracking system to keep you waiting. Probably a scam company. Don’t go there.

I ordered on 5th December for a Xmas present - still not received!!!! Said it should be there by 23rd!!!!
Absolutely appalling communication, tracking is rubbish! I have no faith that this will arrive on time - it’s been ‘in transit’ since 10th December.

Absolute shocker of a delivery service. I ordered on 10th December for a present for my mum for Xmas who is 78. It says NOTHING about expecting to wait FIFTEEN days for standard delivery when I ordered. Who the hell would order a present that is clearly aimed at the Xmas market and not be bothered that it arrived after Xmas?! Shame on you and shame on Facebook for pushing the lie too

I was very keen on starting my custom project from Paint by Canvas. However, the light color paints would not cover the red markings on the canvas even after several coats of paint. The customer service said that it was normal and that no one will notice the red numbers showing through. Ridiculous response. Will never recommend them.

Everything is great! Love the product. Easy to follow. Plenty of paint and great pigments. Matches picture well.

It was easy to upload the photo. The product took took about a week to get to me. Buying the framed canvas is a must. It makes the experience so much better. Can't say enough good things about this company. Enjoy.

I find painting by numbers relaxing. To see the picture become recognisable is great. The numbers are clear and easy to follow, delivery was quick and with no problems. Everything needed to create a clear life like painting was supplied. Loved all of it.

I painted one of my wife and me. Then purchased one for my grandson to paint his dog.

Paint thickened up quickly. Some spaces too small to see

Excellent quality and service.

NOT canvas but some horrible cheap rubbery plastic that is not good to paint on.
Colours are not true, black looks like blue ink. Different colours they made the same. Faces on picture look like blow up dolls. Letters missing off characters tee shirts.
Overall pretty awful, complete waste of money. Poor communication from company, hiding behind excuses or completely ignoring emails.

Quick delivery and good communication. The paint seems to dry. Out quickly.

Best quality I've found in the UK. Ordered one and so impressed Ordered 3 more, love the option of more colours so that there is more details.
Almost finish my first will send pictures once completed.

My first canvas was a standard size and came out beautifully hanging in my Office.
