My first canvas was not the right size, Nilla was great and listened to my issue and was quick to send me another canvas with the correct measurements. She showed great professionalism and customer service. I am enjoying painting my canvas and have plans to get more as gifts for my family and friends.

Ordered during the buy 3 offer so it felt like a good deal. I kept one and gifted the other two. Both people liked it which is rare lol. So yeah worked out.

I choose 48 colour option.
One should go for it especially making portrait replicas. The skin tone layers comes out just like a as if a camera taken click.

I ordered four custom kits from this company. The first turned out the best the other two were still quite good. All three were the 36 colour option. I did buy better brushes after the first as the brushes sent with the kit are not very good. The fourth order was a 48 colour custom order; more expensive but I had been satisfied with the first 3. The kits are not cheap, even with their almost constant 15% off. The 4th kit was “off”; as soon as I saw the colour palette it was obvious. This kit was nothing like the first three, which were as expected. After contacting the company and asking if they could replace or refund the item, it became clear that despite my repeated orders and satisfaction with the previous orders, that my opinion that this one was off just didn’t matter. I didn’t want my money back…. I actually just wanted to complete the painting in the colour palette that it should have been in. Given the time it takes to complete these projects, I won’t even waste the time on this one. I keep getting repeated emails from them, despite advising them they have lost my business. Never again will I order with this company.

Your canvas arrives with all you need to spend (sometimes many) hours of relaxed and therapeutic painting. There's no rush, pressure, or talent involved. The results are satisfying and rewarding.

Painting kit is high quality and painting a memory is a great experience by itself.

Got the mini set first just to test it. Ended up ordering a bigger one after finishing it in one sitting.

I love my Paint by Canvas masterpiece!! The quality of the canvas and the paints, the detail, the opportunity to stay within the lines...or blur the ines.
My painting turned out so well that my husband allowed it to hang on the wall with other art! I do not have permission to share this one, but am working on my next one, and will share that one.
The only problem is that I spend time now painting and it takes away from my reading time.

I purchased from paint by canvas for a present.
The result is amazing. Looks like a arist has painted the portrait. The receiver of the present is over joyed.

I bought 2 custom pictures but so far only completed 1. This is something you will not finish in a weekend, but when you do it is spectacular. I had friends come over and they thought it was painted by a professional.
Yes it’s that good. Patience is definitely key here to a great job, this 1 painting took me just over 3 months to complete.
