update 1/5/20: company agreed to refund my money or send a replacement order after the package was still unable to be found by tracking and considered lost. Raised my review from from 1 to 3 stars based on them finally rectifying the situation.

This company is fine as long as you receive your order. However, if the order is lost all you can get is a cut and paste response (see below). After receiving this response I asked how long until a package is considered lost so I know when I can request a replacement or refund. I never got an answer to this question and eventually received the same cut and paste response again. I tried again but again got no where and received the same cut and paste response. I will now be going to my credit card company in hopes of getting a refund since tracking says the package is still at my local courier for 4 weeks now.

"Good day! We apologize for the delays and late updates on your order. Due to this current COVID-19 pandemic, the tracking details are not updated on time. We strongly rely on the postal system to deliver our orders to our customers and sometimes, despite all our efforts, there can really be unforeseen incidents that causes delays and we have no control over this.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you'd understand this."

I ordered off this website a couple of weeks ago. I messaged their customer service box on the website to see if it would be there for Christmas and they responded very quickly by email. Jackie was incredibly friendly and ensured it would be here on time. It arrived today and the quality is just incredible. Would highly recommend 😊

Well I’ve just purchased my second painting from Paint By Numbers and I’m very satisfied I also purchased and easel and detail brushes from them. The easel could be a little longer but it still fits my canvas so it’s still good and I really enjoy the detailed brushes. Everything came in good condition and it didn’t take too long to arrive. Everything is included with the canvas it comes with brushes, paint a reference paper in case you can’t see the numbers on the canvas and another pic of how the painting will look it also come with the laminate and screws and things to hang it up. I’m a very satisfied customer don’t trust those bad reviews as everything is good. (If I could I would post a picture)

I purchased 5 kits already, the quality is excellent. Service is great. When I was concerned that the package is late I wrote to Paint by number shop and they replied immediately and tracked the package for me. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a paint kit recently; great experience. The kit I ordered was pre-framed stretch canvas. This is really the best for paint by number. Also the paint pot colors are pre-mixed,which is perfect for me because I hate having to mix my own colors. Customer service was great. I received order an confirmation immediately; another email when shipped with tracking number; and another email giving helpful tips 2 days before order arrived. I would highly recommend using this company for paint kits.

Paint by number is the best around. My mom and I have been obsessed with painting by number and we’ve tried multiple options, and nothing compares to the precision and quality of Paint by Numbers brand. The numbers are perfectly defined, the colors match, the quality of the canvas, it comes assembled. They are really the best. Also customer service is great, respond fast and helps resolving issues. Had a challenge with a delivery, ended up being my neighbor who received and forgot to tell me, but Paint by number really gave me all the tracking details to chase the order down.

I love my picture and I love painting it. I just had to wait too long to get it. My money was taken immediately when I placed the order, but it took over 5 weeks to get here.

My order arrived promptly but was unfortunately damaged during transit. The team responded extremely efficiently and sent out a replacement with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

It takes a little while for the canvas to reach the U.S. (about 2-3 weeks)

But its worth the wait. The results are amazing, and the collection to choose from is huge.

Absolutely love this site! I have bought and painted 3 pictures already and am working on a Winter scene for my entrance way. I have 5 more kits just waiting for me to paint! I've done a wonderful painting of our dog and got a kit for my daughter-in-law to paint of their cat. Absolute happy with this site!

The "Lovely Gift" was indeed a lovely gift from my daughter. For my first attempt at a paint by numbers, I could not be more delighted with the final product.. I would recommend this company as the size, paints and quality of the materials were perfect. Such was my delight with the product that I sought another project, unfortunately, the design I wanted was not here, as I wanted a three panel design. How truly disappointed I was. The final product looked abstract rather than the way it was portrayed on their website. Thus I will be staying clear from that company. My other delight with this project was that I was able to buy an off the shelf frame which my painting fitted into exactly. Thank you Paintbynumbers.shop for the professional way you have presented your product.

I have ordered from this company 3 or 4 times now. I always get my delivery in an incredibly short period of time. Unlike other sites where I only get a rolled up piece of canvas this one the canvas comes pre stretched onto the frame which is amazing! Also comes with books to hang and a clear gloss coat to put on your painting afterwards. Paint is of the highest quality and it's a great way to pass the time. There are a lot of websites that are like this but not near as good and it seems there's been some people mistaking this website for the scam sites. Its not a scam its great just be sure you know where your getting your product. Make sure you pay attention to the .com or .org whatever it may me. But THIS website is legit and these paintings have gotten me through some really hard times and help me relax so much.

We ordered early this summer and it was a great experience. The shipping and quality of the canvas, paint, and brushes was fantastic. Will definitely buy again.

Awesome Fun! Loving the impressionist Elephant. It's my second one so far and will not be my last! I will definitely go back to PaintByNumbers.shop. Elsewhere 'lost my order', but I've now ordered 3 paintings from this site and all have arrived quickly all the way to New Zealand. They've been great!

Fun project with the best quality service and materials that I have found after trying other companies. Highly recommend. This kit is the most complete and had the best final product that I have found.
