Just to confirm I received the above order today which I am very happy with.

I also was not aware that this was a Chinese company when I placed my order for a print. That is not the issue - the issue is that six weeks later, I am still waiting with no idea when I will receive the print. I have initiated all communication about my order. Responses have been so apologetic but useless in terms of information …”thanks for waiting”. I will look for another source in future.

Had two so far waiting for a third I find that the product is very good but you have to chase them.
Also didn't realise it was a Chinese company
but then there isn't a lot that is not nowadays.

We've been waiting over 2 years for our painting. I keep emailing them and they refuse to respond. I've asked for our money back and still they do not respond. What is confusing is that our first painting experience with them was great...this 2nd experience has been terrible, especially since the painting is done and they won't send it or a refund.

I had a good experience with Painting Star. I hadn’t realised they were based in China, so I was worried my prints wouldn’t turn up. However I did get a tracking number from them, and this was eventually confirmed by Royal Mail as I’m based in the UK. They shipped from China 4 Jan, and were delivered to me on 21Jan. Well packaged. Looking forward to hanging them.

I’m happy I didn’t have some of the unhappy experiences some of the other buyers had. I ordered two Huge canvasses and love them both. It took two attempts to get the 6’x6’ canvas through customs but it’s here and I’m very happy. Ricky in customer service stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Thought this was a USA company not a Chinese one.... No Stars

Ordered two prints from Painting Star Gallery in mid November 2020. Received them mid December. One was OK. The bigger one was useless - absolutely dreadful. Sent it back registered/signed for, for a refund at considerable cost. Tracking shows that the return arrived at their local delivery office in the first week of January 2021.
Despite 'Ricky' assuring me that a refund would be forthcoming and that 'we can track the package together' - the package has apparently never arrived and so there is no refund despite proof of posting.
My emails requesting a refund are now ignored.
Don't use this company.
I thought that they were based in New York so worth the risk of an online purchase.
Had I checked properly and realised where they were based I really wouldn't have bothered.

Really happy with art print, which I couldn't find anywhere else. Excellent quality.

This is the latest email message I received because I posted a negative review on this company. Continued harassment and threats.

Wish I had read all of the review before ordering and anticipating the picture I ordered. At the time of ordering, I too, did not know this is a company based in China. I was sent numerous tracking information and even get notification that the package was delivered at my local post office. When I got to my post office, no package could be found and they have no explanation as to the whereabouts. I sent an email to the company and they informed me that I could have the picture re-sent at my cost. Based on the previous reviews, I'm wondering if my post office is at fault or is it the company! I will also be filing a report with BBB. #NOT HAPPY

Unethical. They will take your money and not provide the product. Don't take the risk unless you can throw money away.

Be careful!
The website is nice and sophisticated but when the piece arrives you will be surprised with the horrible quality. On their website they claim they accept returns but I found out that I have to send it back to China and after spending $50 to send it back, the package got returned to the US. So I was out for the cost of the print and shipping. I got screwed over big time.

Buyer beware!!! This is a Chinese operation and very difficult to reach and very expensive to return their work.I originally placed my order for a hand painted copy of a master on canvas November 2018. I received the canvas April 2019! and was shocked by the crude and very disappointing reproduction.I returned ($30) for a full refund, after 2 months contacted about my refund. After providing the customs# as requested I still have no response or refund!! My emails remain unanswered and I have yet to find a phone number to speak to a customer service representative...It is now November 2019
