I found the office staff inefficient, curt to the point of rudeness and most unhelpful when mistakes were made by them. I would give 5 stars to the skilled workforce the job they did was excellent.

Awesome job done with MOT, Service, re-spray of scratches on door and a repaint of alloys. Great service all round - highly recommend.

Took my car and got over 5 grand for a busted door, told them not to drive it as the cat was ruined and I was trying to get it done under warranty, they towed it then decided to drive it back even though I told them I wasn't driving it as it will damage the engine, they cleared the code drove it back and the code was on by the time it came to mine again. They came to look at it as it sounded destroyed and like a completely different car after they dropped it off. He told me it was the fan belt and that's all he'd pay for. Now it's been seen by 2 garages it l, it is not the fan belt. It was the gear box they ruined. No call backs, no liability, and on top of it the receptionist is definitely not trained in customer service, very rude. They have taken my livelihood and I haven't been able to work since as a single mum with 2 kids. I've heard nothing but bad things about them. Even from people who used to work there and even people that are friends with them. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Had our Motorhome in there to get repaired after our accident. They done a reasonable job on the work, but they broke one of our windows, and blamed it on the guy who dropped the Motorhome off to them in his transporter. We have a photograph of our van sitting in Paint tecs yard with the window ok. They refused to take the blame 😡😡 Would never recommend this company. AVOID

Excellent job, competitive rates, customer service is excellent. Easy to deal with and deliver a very highly professional service. Thanks guys, hope I don't need to visit that often.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! Absolute shambles of a “company” AVOID AT ALL COST!! If you want your car back go anywhere else but here!!

For convenience was able to pay bill over a link, guys also dropped my car off at home, so that I would not be without the car over the weekend.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

My car was hit in a car park, it was sent to Paint Tec for repair by the Insurance Company, car was picked up from my home and delivered, great service and an excellent paint job you wouldn't know it had been damaged or where, car was also valeted and polished to a high standard, would highly recommend them.

I have used paint tec for repairing my car and found them to be honest reliable and good value for money no problem too small and they do a professional job well done painttec.
