This wasn't good at all. I couldn't get "any" compensation what I experienced from the city and was told to sue. And there is no lawyers that deal with this issue.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Last year, I was in a car accident where another driver smashed into the car that I was a passenger in.
The insurance company helped for a bit, but after a couple of months, they stopped responding to me and I am still in pretty bad shape with a lot of chronic pain in my neck and back. After the accident, I started to have really bad headaches as well. The headaches and the pain still hasn't gone away and has really affected my quality of life.
Anyways, I thought I could find a personal injury lawyer to help me, and the one I hired initially seemed very professional and friendly and enthusiastic about taking on my case.
Boy, what a mistake! My lawyer took forever to answer any of my emails or phone calls and I couldn't get any updates on my case or what was going on. I later found out that they do this with all of their clients.
I was so frustrated that I ended up ending my relationship with this personal inury lawyer, and I was going to go look for another one when somebody told me about PainWorth.
PainWorth has been amazing! They've helped me send a letter to the insurance company and figure out exactly what my claim is worth. Suddenly, the insurance company started taking me seriously again and they made me a settlement offer that was pretty much exactly what PainWorth said my claim was worth.
I still have my pain and my headaches, but at least now I can finally move on with my life and put some of the stress of dealing with an insurance company and lawyers behind me.
I can't say enough nice things about PainWorth and I'm so glad that they exist!
