Pairdex 

I am a new client of Pairdex. I would like to feedback on the excellent service experience I received.

I expect minimum, a week to onboard, going by experience. But no, I was up and trading in shortest time ever. Service was consistent throughout, not only on day one of registration-swift, timely and without hassle. No back and forth emails, not tickets, no reminder, no stress.

A big thank you to the team, especially to Gabby.

She helped to get both technical and non-technical issues resolved, at lightning speed too. She also took effort to check on the status throughout. I felt like VIP. I could get up to speed and trade, meeting my timeline. Keep up the excellent service.

I am giving a 4/5 because my experience with eightcap has been great so far and in my opinion no one is a 5/5 because there is always more to improve one.

Great broker, everything works fine. Using them for more than a year, never had a single issue, even was impressed once when I tried to withdraw to a different crypto address than the one I deposited, they asked for additional confirmations, which confirms great security standards.

So far, it's been great. I wish for paypal and bank transfer withdrawal methods to be restored, but that doesn't damper my overall experience so far. I also wish the learning resources on the website were more up to date as well and also Tradingview integration.

Very fast money withdrawals

I have been using this firm for more than 11 months, but I am disappointed in their services especially their speed in processing my pay. Anytime, the withdrawal exceeds $100k, it take so long. Last time, it took about 24 hrs(crypto withdrawal not bank transfer), this time its been almost 30 hrs. The support is rather unhelpful, this needs immediate attention.

So far, your service has been flawless. As long as you know what you are doing as a trader, this should be your broker. Ther I'm copying at the most is completely insane 😀 I also couldn't ask for a better manager at the moment. I hope my experience continues to remain like this.

In the little time I spent with this application I realized that they are not serious at all. The first time they asked for my ID by email, and after I gave it to them, about a day later, I go into the account and they tell me that I can't login, because there is a problem with the account. It seems like a joke to their customers who, after doing what is asked of them, don't even get to enter the account. I tried to contact them, but they didn't give me any solution.

Very good company with small spaces and a responsive team. Also the commisions are pleasantly small. The platform is simple and understandable.

Terrible people to work with first line is morons who have the basic skills of secretaries you can't speack to anyone with intelligence treat long standing customers with lots of money like garbage but options are so limited spend hours on hold or talk to condescending rude egomaniacs.

Cannot say too much. Great website, phenomenal customer service. Always kept their promises and I even have worldwide free ATM withdrawals. By FAR the best broker I've used. This an example of how trading brokers should have always been.

Good client service, wide range of instruments and range of stocks. Great agency over your stocks, adaptiablity depending on the level of your expertise (from the begineer to an ultra specialist).

I have to say, I am impressed not only with their trading platform, but also with their customer. I had an issue that needed attention, The guy that took attended to me was very patient and we went through the various aspects that needed looking at, and he resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this broker!
