I bought a PAJ GPS watch for my mother
I bought a PAJ GPS watch for my mother, who has Alzheimer’s. The device stopped working in less than one month.
After contacting support, they sent a replacement, but the shipment had incorrect address/contact information and was delivered to a pickup point I could not access.
I then requested cancellation and a refund. PAJ confirmed in writing that I did not need to return the defective device and that it should be disposed of according to local regulations.
After several delays and even an internal processing error admitted by the company, they refunded only the subscription but refused to refund the device unless I returned it — contradicting their previous written instructions.
When the replacement was later delivered again, I refused the package and it was returned to the carrier, so the device is not in my possession.
Very disappointing customer support, contradictory information, and an unnecessarily stressful process for a product intended to help care for a vulnerable person.
