Absolutely superb service and products. I use Pakatak exclusively now for all our trackers. We use them in a professional capacity and they never let us down. Aftercare is also spot on. Would have no issues in recommending.

We ordered 4 Ltl Acorn trail cameras over the weekend - in 2 batches due to banking restrictions in Sri Lanka. The process was clear and easy and more importantly, the items were delivered within the 1-2 business days promised! We have yet to use the equipment but so far so good.

I recently gave this company one star stating poor customer service due to not answering phone calls or e mails.i have since been contacted and they did reply within 13 mins but it went into my spam folder which I didn't check.i would now recommend this company .the product itself which was a hidden clock surveylance camera has proven to be excellent with good night vision,picture quality and sound.the set up turned out to be relatively easy and any set up issues were down to myself as I am 66 and not very good with tech,all sorted now and I am very pleased with product and company.

Now a regular purchaser from Pakatak. Good service, good merchandise, very helpful if you want information / guidance / suggestions. Will be back for more

Extremely fast postage and perfect goods.

I wanted to buy a trail camera as a gift but had no idea where to start. There was lots of information & explanations of various features on the camera’s available on Pakatak’s website which helped to make the choice easier. Once ordered delivery was very quick. I’m unable to comment on the camera at the moment as it is a Christmas gift.

Alan was really helpful with providing suggestions within my budget, and was quick to answer questions. He also very helpfully replaced a part that I unfortunately accidentally broke. I would highly recommend Pakatak.

Superb company to deal with from enquiring about the product, then ordering & followed by a very quick delivery. The product (windscreen double camera) better than my expectations, well worth ordering.

Swift and efficient delivery

This was purchased as a present and I have no feedback to give on the items other than they were well packed and delivered efficiently. Printing instructions to go with the present was a bit of a chore however.
