They are scammers,please avoid this company it’s been one year that I send the stuff to Pakistan,they haven’t received.too many excuses

This company is a complete scam. Several of my items were stolen from my shipment, and when I contacted them, they refused to take responsibility. Their responses were childish, dismissive, and unprofessional. They cannot be trusted with your belongings. Avoid this company at all costs — they clearly do not care about customers or their property.

Super easy to deal with from start to finish!
I got a quote easily in the beginning and arranged pick up. The pick-up was smooth and i constantly message for updates from that point which were always very quickly replied to and informative. Overall very efficient, friendly and smooth service! Would highly recommend :)

Horrible experience with Europak Cargo. Sent electronics from the UK to Pakistan. The items were damaged and some were missing upon arrival after a three-month delay. The company refused to offer any compensation, despite me following their packing instructions perfectly. They take your money and offer no guarantee of safe delivery. Do not use this service.

I mentioned to the team about having crockery (mugs/glasses) inside my cargo (when they came to pick my cargo) and they assured me that my crockery would not break and that they would add the extra fragile stickers onto the sacks they put my cargo in (I had already put my fragile stickers on my cargo boxes) but they did not. I received my cargo late due to customs which I let slide and when I opened them all the boxes were broken and so were my glasses. I contacted customer service and they have been nothing but ignorant to the fact that my stuff was damaged and put the blame on me saying I didn’t mention it to the team when I quite literally remembered mentioning it and they assured me there would be no damage. They also mentioned that I should have asked for a wooden crate if i had fragile items (bearing in mind this is my first time using any cargo system so I wouldn’t know what they offer for extra protection), when I told them the team didn’t mention no wooden crate but reassured me with just the sacks that my items would not be damaged they put the blame on me saying I didn’t mention about crockery in my cargo. Never using this service again and will ask people to refrain from using a service where there is no sense of responsibility and accountability taken.

Very bad services

I’ve had a terrible experience with Pak Cargo and will never use their services again.

The estimated delivery time on their website was 10 weeks, but when the package was collected, I was told — due to the situation in Israel-Gaza war — it would take 12 weeks. I accepted that.

However, after 12 weeks passed, I contacted them again, only to be given another date. That date has also passed, and now they’re telling me to wait another 10 days.

This is completely unacceptable. I’m returning to my country on August 19th, and at this rate, I won’t even be able to use the items I shipped. What’s the point of sending them at all?

Pak Cargo has shown a lack of transparency, poor communication, and zero reliability. Extremely disappointed.

First I called them and requested a cargo but he was argumentative and kept on refusing to do their job. When I finally convinced he came and I politely asked will you please take your shoes off I just mopped and baby rolls about on the floor. He raised his voice and said No I will not in an attempt to intimidate me and then he slammed open my door and left.

Don’t use there services they are absolute liars saying we have “12 years of experience.” But then the workers behave like this. Others on here quite clearly agree with me and I’m sure some more people will too.

Again a warning: DO NOT USE.

Update: he just replied “that’s good dignity is important”.

Every time my regular pet food delivery is with Paak, I know there will be a problem. They say they will reschedule my delivery without giving a date, then they come after 9pm and say I was out when I was home. Unfortunately I am unable to choose my transport company but these people are the worst. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with Paak, which has driven me to give this bad review

My cargo was collected today and this is my third time I have used the service.Each time I have had the best experience with the team and they always answer my concerns .
I 💯recommend people to use this cargo service for best results and everything getting there and no items missing.

I recently sent a parcel with some expensive items (like an air fryer, heater, iron, clothes, perfumes, etc.) from the UK to Pakistan through this courier service,I was initially so confused and worried that something might go wrong or that my items might get stolen as i have heard of other courier companies , but everything arrived in perfect condition! I am still in shock at how trustworthy and reliable this service is. ♥️

A special thank you to Faiza for answering all my questions. She was so polite, professional, and cooperative throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly impressed, and I’m definitely giving five stars for this excellent service. Highly recommend!

Pak direct cargo is great company to send parcel to Pakistan. I send my parcels over 2, 3 times and that reached safely. They give door to door service with supportive and excellent customer service.

Sent parcel end of October and now March and still waiting. They told me begining of Jan then Feb and then March it will get delivered.

Very satisfied service I’m glad
