I am completely unsatisfied since paket…
I am completely unsatisfied since paket did not help me deliver my parcel on date and I wasted whole day speaking myself with UPS and fixing my issue, I demand a full refund for my issue.

Don't Use, not a reliable company
Ordered a pickup last Thursday and paid extra for the delivery to happen on the same day. Nobody came on Thursday and still today nobody showed up. Decided to just cancel the pickup altogether.

Great service
Is was really fast and no damages to my packages. Only problem I have is that you can't change your weight anywhere in case you have to add something last minute. I wouldn't mind if it would have been more expensive, but it would have been nice.

Slow communication
Slow communication. Still don’t know where my bags are. I have contacted UPS directly.
Initially it was delayed due to missing customs information. I then called UPS and they said all is fine with my package. Spent the last week getting redirected to different people. It is now 14th June and we have received half of our shipment. I don’t know where the other half is.
